Speaking on the Ward Parkway location: This location is awful. If you have a return, they use every excuse in the book not to take it. They act like the money is being pulled directly out of their wallet. No other TJ Maxx location is ran so horribly. Just this one.

Rude. Just had the worst customer service experience while trying to find jewelry with my wife. I get you have a policy to help one customer at a time. But why be rude? We were there to drop a couple hundred bucks. Now we're spending it at Target.

They have some good buys but for me the sizes on the clothes are a bit off. They have nice purses, workout gear, and even treasures for your home. Overall I like the store.

DONT SHOP HERE. They don’t have cameras here. If something happens to you or your vehicle there is no way of proving it.

Went to buy a sports bra. Bra didn’t not have a price on it. I was quoted one price worker proceeded to charge me $5 dollars more. I will not be returning to this store

This is one of the closer locations to me so I go here more often than not. The store is always clean and well organized for the most part. It's TJ Maxx so you never know what you might find, which is part of the fun.
The lines have been long lately but it's been holiday shopping time and they move them at a pretty fast and efficient pace. The cashiers are normally friendly and professional.
The last time I called looking for an item the lady on the phone was rude. She seemed "put out" by my inquiry regarding an item I was looking for and the status of whether it was in stock or not. I don't even think she looked because she put me on hold and quickly took me off saying they didn't have the item. This is speculation if course.
Anywho, I normally have a good shopping experience here and it's in a location where there's plenty of other options so you can potentially get all your shopping done nearby. Which is always nice!
