Recently rented a UHAUL and my initial pickup location was this UHAUL dealer. I called to ask questions and the lady was unfriendly and confrontational. I was just calling with questions about the process. It is no wonder why this UHUAL dealer receives poor ratings.

Everything was great until after the use of the u-haul truck. Checking the truck back in after the hour of closing was a little frustrating. The app that was being used or that is required for check in didn't work. Alot to do if checking it back in. Otherwise the experience and customer service was great!

The code given to me to pick up the truck keys was incorrect so I was unable to use the truck. I tried calling the 24hr contact, left a voicemail and he never returned my call. I called Uhaul customer service to get a refund, they confirmed the charge would be reversed but it did not happen. Submitted an online support request and the owner of the location emailed me saying he would look into this. He never got back with me. I would not trust the competency of this location.

I was overcharged for mileage,almost 100 more additional miles than what I actually drove.Thankfully I took a picture of the mileage when I dropped the truck back off to the location,which I'm sure they didn't count on me doing.In my eyes this is considered to be a form of theft.Without the picture ,that I took the time to take on my own,my hard earned money gets stolen from me without consent.I feel sorry for any innocent person that is struggling from paycheck to paycheck and is unaware of how companies like this are willing to disguise their thievery as a mistake and dont know that it is very necessary to cover yourself when doing business with these kind of crooks.
