I bank with the branch in Kansas City, however, on Saturday I was routed to this branch. I wanted to know my balance of my business account and needed help getting access to the app. I spoke with Cindy who claimed to be a supervisor. I asked her to help me (help I’ve received a few times with no issues) reset my username to get back into the app. She didn’t know how to do this and said it wasn’t her job. Said that isn’t something they help with. I explained that I’ve gotten help in the past. It’s completely enraged her! She said I shouldn’t have and she would see to it that no one would help me with that again. It’s 2021 a supervisor should know how to deal with their app! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was transferred to a voicemail. I called back and spoke with her supervisor Vicky. Vicky said that I was the one who was rude and that Cindy went through my account and saw they mistakenly set up my business account and she would be taking back fees for every month I’ve had it! Then said she saw my husband has a personal checking and would be going through that account to see what fees they could take from there! I contacted my branch to see if they could stop them from going into my accounts or if I would have to close them. Thank god they were able to stop them and assured me it would be okay and they would refund any fees Cindy tried to take. I’m filling complaints against this branch.

My husband and I became members when we secured an auto loan with Unity One CU early November. Most of the process was handled online until it came time to sign documents, at which point we visited our branch.We have worked with Ms. Jodi and Mr. Suarez. Both people are knowledgeable and make each visit a seamless one. Our experience so far has been very pleasant.We couldn't have asked for a better business to have our loan with. I hope our experience thus far is an accurate representation of our relationship to come. Great Job Unity One! Thank you!

Have a current auto loan.C to see if I refinanced what terms and rate range was available. The first woman I talked to said the only way to know was to run my credit. Legally they have to provide that information without running your credit so I told her she was mistaken but refused to listen so I asked to speak to a supervisor. She hung up on me. Called back and a gentleman was able to look up my account and give me the information no problem. Need more training in call center.
