This bank is an absolute dumpster fire. Nich's perpetual rudeness and condescension create an environment that redefines incompetence. The sheer audacity of not even acknowledging your presence, let alone asking for your name, is beyond belief. And if by some miracle he finishes assisting you, brace yourself for the deafening silence as you stand at the window like an unwanted relic, thanks to their "no sitting in the lobby" policy. The broken change machine and the ban on using the night deposit for business just add insult to injury.Brace yourself for a seemingly endless wait and an overall subpar encounter at this establishment.

Most employees here are rude, and they make mistakes all the time. Then want to blame you when they're the ones who gave you way more or less money than you should have received. I know we're all human, but when you work at a bank, it might be helpful to know how to count. There is only one gentleman here who I always have a positive experience with. I wish I knew his name.

I'm not sure how it happened, but I'm 100% sure of what I sent in for my deposit. The teller said that it was $100 less than what I had written on the deposit slip. I asked him to send the money back to me. He sent the money back and I saw them laughing. I counted the money and it was was he said it was, not what I sent in. I went ahead and changed the deposit slip because I didn't know what else to do. He was no longer at the window. There was someone else there after I sent it in. I pulled to the side to make sure that five $20 bills hadn't fallen in my car and they had not. I haven't had any branch.

Great customer service! Ashley was very helpful and patience with getting my business account set up. The bank manager Astra was kind and helpful as well.

1 star because i am a nice person ?. Branch manager never get back to me like she promised. John (customer representative) likes to cut people off by transferring me to customer service before I finish my sentence. I forgive them, they probably had a rough day.

The new manager there was very rude she doesn't how to take of care the costumes i ask for help with a money order but she was saying nop, no looking for any solution i miss the manager they have before i forget both names the new one and the one before but the new one she very rude now I'm thinking to looking for another bank because i don't feel good anymore this was my favorite bank location nop anymore

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but every time we need something banking done (ex: fraud on the account) we get the go around how to proceed. We show up at the location they say we have to call customer service. So we call them and then they tell us it’s not actually posted yet so we can’t do anything until it clears and the teller should’ve given us this information after we drove the whole way out there. Then we asked to close the account and they told us we had to come back at a different time. Finally got the account closed and glad we are done with them

My cash deposit was put into the wrong account and my card was declined in three places. Then When I called them to find out why, the teller said he had put it into another account and would take care of it right away. I waited and checked later and it still wasn't in there. I called back and teller said he was busy but just put it in and it might not show up until the next day!!. I told him I had items coming in and now I would be overdrafted.

The atm never works and they have hours that are inconvenient with most people's work life. At least if the lobby is going to remain closed forever and you close super early, please make sure the atm is always working. I think its time for an atm upgrade like seriously!!!

My debit card gets lost in the mail and instead of sending me a new one like I ask, we have to play 20 questions and then you suggest I come into a branch to get a temporary debit card..... what a joke, I will be going to commerce bank this weekend.
