Waited in the drive through for more than 15 minutes and not a single car went through. (Only one open lane) Backed out (as did several other customers) and went inside. ONE EMPLOYEE!!! It's lunchtime people... seriously, one employee? And he spent the next several continuing to explain to a customer that her phone from Mexico would not allow him to access the US app. That was at least an additional 5 to 10 minutes of listening to him explain over and over.
When I FINALLY got to the counter and he asked how I was, he could tell I was frustrated. I told him that I, along with many others, had been waiting for several minutes in the drive-thru, and he said they were trying to encourage only business customers to use it. Seriously? By refusing service to whoever's in the drive-thru?! There were certainly no signs that said anything of the sort! How exactly is that encouraging anything?? I guess, in essence, they are encouraging customers to leave and perhaps find different banks altogether! When I finally left the lobby, the same car was still sitting in the drive-thru with the engine turned off!! It had been 20 to 25 minutes by then.
Shame on you US Bank. You have a lot of my money in several accounts... Business and personal. That may change if you don't get your act together. Most of us, business owners or not, do not have time to waste standing in line or sitting behind parked cars.

ATM rarely works to deposit cash and i get off work after hours. DISAPPOINTING I have to drive all the way to a different location to deposit cash all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the drive-through to make a withdrawal. With one other car in all of the ports, it took them over 20 minutes to make the withdrawal.

Went into the drive-thru at 5:20 the window says that the drive-thru does not close until 5:30 they had already closed for business 10 minutes early or not if your door says 5:30 then you should stay open until 530 not 520

Pretty sure this banks ATM is always out of order anymore. When the first upgraded to the new one it was great, now just about every time I stop by it either won't take deposits or is just flat out of service

The Branch Manager, Tyler, is great! I went in on a very busy Saturday and Tyler was running the counter. He was handling everyone, drive-through, phones, and counter very professionally and kindly. He never got overwhelmed and took time with every customer. Tyler made sure to help us and then ask at the end of every interaction if there was anything else he could do. He also gave us his business card with instructions to email him if my husband and I needed any other help with our accounts. He was very attentive and knowledgeable, definitely an asset to this location.

I can't get no one to answer the phone I call. The wait goes over my lunch break ( my lunch break is an hour long). I can never get anyone to help me and when I get help, they do it wrong. This bank is horrible and I'm switching to a better one.
