I CAN NOT respect how the mail personnel DO NOT Respect the manner in which they deliver our Packages ! Placing them in Clear view of Thieves however, if the delivery was in a Different neighborhood I Guarantee you the Consideration in delivery of packages would be there ! Things Need to change we are Hardworking individuals who try to provide ourselves with a few luxuries and want them Protected and we should be able to Count on our Postal Service !

I Don’t get mail to my house because my mailbox in wrong location and usps want me move mail box to the curb due to new homeownership but the mail man still walks the neighborhood to deliver mail. The stupidest and laziness ever!

I’m about sick of having to deliver mail to my neighbors cause you guys keep putting other peoples mail/packages on MY porch! I’m waiting for 2 important papers that should have been here by now! Who knows what mailbox you put them in! Not trustworthy! Why has USPS went downhill in the past few years?!

Unbelievably unprofessional. If it is after 2pm good luck ever getting a call in because they will just leave you on hold and disconnect the call. If you happen to have a package or mail being delivered it's either going to end up at the wrong address or they are going to falsely mark it as "unable to access delivery location" so they don't have to deliver it. If you go to speak with someone they will give you the typical run around and you'll be guaranteed to see atleast one other person up there to complain or ask where their packages are because no one answers the phones or any questions. Their number isn't correctly posted on Google you have to visit their website to find it and if you recieve mail that isn't yours and you clearly mark that it isn't your in your mailbox they will just leave it there for all eternity. Just terrible. Hopefully the audit into the KC metro post offices can help this one

This WYANDOTTE COUNTY has really hone done this post office on 51st in KS is not it they deliver mail when they want to. I had my lights cut off cause of them not delivering mail ? SAD COMPANY AT 51ST

Well this office has went down hill. Since we have a new carrier now we will go a couple of days without getting mail, even though the informed delivery says we will be receiving some. I have no idea if mail will run, so I cant put outgoing mail in the box to be picked up because there is a high chance that it will sit there for a day or two or get stolen because its been in the box for too long. We still get old residences mail after 12 years of living here, even with our name written inside the mailbox. Our old carrier could figure it out, I want him back.

This post office is horrible they never answer their phone. Their mail carrier’s never put the mail in the correct mailbox or mail always come late. I don’t even know what time the mailman runs it’s always at different times. I made a complaint. I know nothing is going to be done.
