Absolute worst. Especially when a package is sent by ground disadvantage (I know what I said). I’ve had a package sitting there for two weeks, tried to make a missing mail claim, but that particular part of their site seems to be famous for not quite being able to load fully. Hey, god forbid, right?

Been waiting over a week for a package that arrived here just for it to sit at this location for 5 days before they sent it to Olathe KS, I'm in warrensburg which is the opposite direction and now waiting even longer

Packages go here to die for extended periods of time. Their informed and expected delivery dates mean absolutely nothing when your items get sent to this black hole. Why bother paying extra for faster delivery when it ends up going to a facility run worse than a prison.
