Tonight was the 2nd time in the last 2 months that I planned a trip to this store to pick up a few items and when I got there, the doors were locked in the middle of normal operating business hours. This is very unprofessional and the corporate office should be very disappointed. I shouldn’t have to call a business during their business hours to see if they’re open in a normal business day.

Huge selection of supplements and everything else you would need to stay in shape. Plenty of energy drinks if you need one quick.

not happy with this store. i made a purchase of one vitamin they had in stock, and went to pick it up after work but the store was closed so the employee could have lunch. instead of waiting the remaining 30 minutes of their lunch i went home. i patiently waited for a notification of my order being ready, and checked to find out that it was cancelled. i also got no notification that it was cancelled. i called and was told that the order never arrived. i feel that having my purchases just shipped to me would be easier, i don't like how i have to pay more for that. this isn't the first time i had to wait for the employee to return from lunch.

The service at this store has gotten worse over the past several years. Today it was intolerable. I went in, not a person there except for one male clerk talking to another male about football. The clerk made eye contact but did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I went over and selected my favorite soy protein and brought it over to the check out counter. The clerk still talking, now about trucks, standing at the end of the check out counter looks right at me, with my two jars of whey protein on the counter. He does not ask if I'm ready to check out, just turns away and continues to gossip. After a minute or so I think I don't need this, and start to walk out. He just watches me walk out without saying a thing. What is this, is it just total incompetent and non-caring? Did he not think I needed service because I'm elderly? Or because I was wearing a US Air Force hat does he not like veterans? I'm have writen corporate. If I don't get an explanation and an apology, I'm considering filing an age discrimination complaint. NEVER AGAIN AT VITAMIN SHOPPE

zero star, i went to the store located in zona rosa today, tuesday at 7:40 pm to pick up my order and i explained to the associate that i get a coupon valid for one day immediately after i placed the order and it is due tomorrow, he didn’t know how to apply the coupon on my order so he called the manager by his phone, the manager is in his house, to ask his permission and the manager told him tell her it is just online coupon and cannot be used in store, iam not gonna go back and i will find another store with better customer service

I like shopping at The Vitamin Shoppe. They have a wide range of vitamins and supplements, from protein powders and bars to natural beauty and skin products. They also have aromatherapy and organic items, which I appreciate. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful, and they always answer my questions and give me good recommendations. The only downside is that the prices are a little high compared to other places, but I guess you get what you pay for. The Vitamin Shoppe on Skyview Avenue is a good place to find quality products and excellent service.

Dear Vitamin Shoppe,I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the exceptional service I received from the clerk who helped me on Saturday. I had just been to the vet in an emergency on Friday, where I was told that my beloved dog was going to die because I did not have $2500 to buy a specific medicine and hospitalize them. I was devastated and felt hopeless.However, after researching all night, I found a couple of things that could potentially help my dog and had a few questions. When I called your store, he listened intently and immediately asked how he could help. I explained my situation, and he dropped everything to assist me.He answered all my questions perfectly and provided me with valuable information on the products that could potentially save my dog's life. Unprofessional! I went in this past Sunday. I walked in and saw 1 male employee bent over the counter TEXTING, instead of greeting me or asking me if I needed help, he ignored me and continued texting. I saw a female employee and asked her for help (she was helpful.) The male employee needs to be spoken to by management. Extremely unprofessional!
