Which ever lady picked up the phone at roughly 11:30 Sunday March 16th for the photo department was very rude. I asked her when I could expect the pictures to be ready and then she just hung up in my face

Worse Walgreens, empty of products, employees are rude, dirty. I been there twice and I couldn’t buy alcohol because their license expired, and the first time for something silly like a tooth brush. Don’t bother in walking in.

The pharmacy staff at this location is ridiculously abusive & combative for no reason. Every single one of them. It doesn't matter who you talk to. I've used this pharmacy since it opened, but I'm moving all of my prescriptions after the interaction I had today. You can't just yell & cuss at people because you don't like your job.

There were 3 cashiers at the front of the store ....only one was actively working...after a long wait ...I went to purchase some liquid bandage...I was told that can't break $100...this is 2:30 in the afternoon....I asked about the toilet.....they have no public restrooms....worst Walgreens ever!

I would recommend literally any other pharmacy but this specific Walgreens. They provided by far the worst experience and worst service I’ve ever received from a pharmacy. Definitely find a different pharmacy than this one.

Came here to pick up a prescription for at 4:30. Go to the back where the pharmacy is and it is closed. The sign on the front of the store says the pharmacy closes at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday why is the pharmacy closed at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon???

Today I had clipped a coupon on the app and manager wouldn’t honor a valid coupon because she said ”I didn’t do it right” So I asked her how to do it and she told me to ask Siri how to do it and completely dismissed me and went to the next customer not helping me at all. I ended up leaving the store with nothing when i absolutely needed my medicine and contact solution. That manager was rude and very unhelpful.

I called to see if they had my prescription in stock. The person I spoke to answered the phone with a bad attitude and maintained it the whole convo. They did have my script in stock, but I chose to find a different pharmacy due to the attitude I got when I called.

You have to wait at least 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru every single time you go but at least they have birds you can look at while you wait. There are a couple of nests. Everything is always super slow here. If it wasn’t for the birds it would definitely be a 1 star experience.

This is the absolute worse place for prescriptions to get refilled. They take forever and you have a call multiple times for them to do anything! Wish CVS took BCBS

Today I called to speak to the pharmacy and the woman who helped me voluntarily worked very hard to try and lower the price of my prescription, without even being asked. I think that’s incredible Customer Service and she was so sweet about it. She even said, let me work on this little bit and I’ll call you back. It doesn’t get any better than that. I thank her and I commend Walgreens for having such a good employee.

Poor customer service, the manager was very rude, middle aged guy with buzz cut. I will not recommend this store to anyone he talks to people as if they are beneath him.
