When the Pharmacist go on break they should put a sign out stating they’re on break and will be back shortly. Not a sign that says they need pharmacist, not taking orders, online orders under state regulations. You would’ve thought they was shut down.

If I could give negative stars I would! I switched to this pharmacy because it’s closer to my house. The pharmacist I just talk to was so rude! She miss spoke, and when I kept trying to clarify, she got an attitude. When I called her out for being rude, she told me I had been rude the whole phone call, and then hung up on me! I wasn’t rude at all. Im done with this place!

I am so impressed with this Walgreens Pharmacy. I am aware of the challenges their industry is going through. These employees have all risen above and continue to provide exceptional customer service.Yesterday, I got my vaccinations. The pharmacist (Pheonna) who administered them was genuinely kind and charming. I can't say enough.

I am so impressed with this Walgreens Pharmacy. I am aware of the challenges their industry is going through. These employees have all risen above and continue to provide exceptional customer service. Yesterday, I got my vaccinations. The pharmacist, Pheonna, was charming and genuinely kind. Horrible customer service! There was a problem with the card reader and the ( cashier older light skinned women) was huffing and puffing saying it was not reading my card. She then apologized to the customers in back of me. Instead of apologizing to me as well for the inconvenience. She then told me to step to the side and called someone else up. I left the store and received excellent customer service somewhere else.

Updated to say you really need to avoid this place at all costs! Corporate has decided to roll over the staff at the store level and make them work long hours, understaffed while heaping more and more work on them. Get your insurance to set you up ANY place else.Just awful. The location itself is dirty and a total dump. Everything takes a very long time. They loose refills, paper work and basically anything that can go wrong they'll do it. I've had to complain to their cooperate office, who seem just as awful, to get my prescriptions reset so I can fill them some other place after they simply failed to be able to fulfill my order due to incompetency. What a total failure of your basic functions.

This is probably by far the worse Walgreens location I've ever dealt with, expect to wait DAYS for your prescription to be filled, don't expect to get anyone on the phone.. and expect a very long line when you ultimately have to go inside because the drive thru is closed.. and if Walgreens didn't under pay their pharmacy techs, there wouldn't be an employee shortage at a majority of Walgreens locations.. I am transferring my business to a local pharmacy..

Every month I drop off my rx which is a controlled Walgreens says they are 'working on it ' when I pick it up days later they are 'out of stock.' It has been worked on since 8 am on 10/16 it's 10/19 after an hour in the drive through line and 2 hours on hold on your phone and after going without meds for three days you think your pharmacist can order it tomorrow. What have you been doing since Monday? That means I'm waiting at least 2-4 days for meds if I'm lucky. I'm constantly going a week without meds. I've absolutely had it with all your pharmacies. You force me to use certain pharmacies. I'm escalating this with my employer! Same story when I used your forced CVS Pharmacies. CVS Caremark PBM is an absolute racket!. It's not out of stock when I pick it up I honestly think you order it when I come to pick it up. Your tyrannical tactics must be stopped!!! It's sickening what you are doing to the public that pays for the premiums to be treated like this. I don't blame drug shortages SHAME ON YOU CVS/Caremark and your PBM vertically integrated monopolies. 75th and wornall Walgreens is horrific and the 79th and State line cvs. I finally had peace at Hyvee and that's not in your network! Go figure the good pharmacies don't want to play your games. We've had enough!

My husband and I went to this pharmacy to get our Covid shots after our appointments were canceled by CVS because they ran out. They were extremely busy, but the employees and pharmacists were very patient with all customers, taking their time to make sure everyone felt valued. Pheonna administered our shots. She was very kind and answered our questions without making us feel rushed. Pheonna was efficient and thoughtful, making us feel comfortable in our decision to get vaccinated.

Calling on all Walgreens customers and affiliates. We need to come together and stand with our sisters and brothers (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and employees) and boycott all Walgreens until their corporate office pays a livable wage and provides a reasonable work load to their employees. This along with hiring the additional staff needed to provide good customer service.After experiencing an hour and fifteen minutes hold time to speak with the Pharmacist (not her fault) I became physically ill when I personally witnessed Walgreens appalling treatment of their staff! As they struggle to take care of us we must support them against what seems to be nothing more than naked, corporate greed.Please join in this effort ?#BoycottWalgreens #ISupportTheEmployees

Please avoid this place for pharmacy needs. Could be great for any other convenience items but do not call in medication here. No staff are ever available even during normal hours. Call it in anywhere else

I want to acknowledge the high quality customer service I got from the Pharmacist October 9, 2023. I didn't get the right spelling of her name (Yanea?) , but she went above and beyond to help me. She was able to get me vaccinations before I went on a trip even though my insurance denied and she found me a discount! The staff seemed to work very cooperatively with her and even enjoying themselves. This was the first positive experience. I've had at a pharmacy in a long time. Thank you.

The staff at this pharmacy is extremely rude and unprofessional. From the tech to the actual pharmacist. From a medical professional to another, we are held to a higher standard and you need to do better or choose another profession. Absolutely despicable!

This pharmacy had struggled during the past year with understaffing and longer than normal order fill times, but more recently I've noticed that things have improved quite a bit. Lines have gotten shorter, refills are ready sooner, etc. And several times during the past few months, the pharmacy staff has been VERY helpful with resolving some unusual situations. I'm grateful to them.

If you’re physically at the store, it’s fine. Staff is courteous and kind. The pharmacy has their hours posted so you know when they’ll be at lunch etc, and I’ve never had to wait longer than the posted time for them to return. You may have a line at the pharmacy but I think they do work hard to keep everyone moving.My issue is when you call, you get hung up on. Every single time. You call the front, they put you on hold, and it hangs up. You call the pharmacy directly, get put on hold, it hangs up. Not sure if it’s just this store or Walgreens generally, but it’s an incredibly frustrating problem.
