Wish I could give 0 stars. They will close the pharmacy at random hours regardless of if there are people in line. I waited 45 minutes in the drive through line with two babies in my car…only for them to throw up a “closed” sign when it was my turn. It was not their lunch time so this was infuriating. The last straw was when I called the pharmacy to ask a simple question and the pharmacist was extremely rude. I will be going elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst and rudest customer service interaction with gentlemen in pharmacy and not just one time either! Went to get prescription and issue with insurance instead of being helpful he was blatantly rude and condescending to me making me feel like I was an issue. Went back and he saw me in the drive through and pulled the closed curtain and put no pharmacist on duty 15 minutes before closing time and didn’t say one word after doing so. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere!

I scheduled my appointment for a covid/flu testing at this location in the morning for a same day appointment in the afternoon. I didn’t get a phone call, email, text, nothing. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have any appointments in their system and that they also didn’t have any supplies to do the testing. They said I can go to the Parkville location or the Liberty location but could not tell me when they were gonna get supplies in next to honor my appointment. I’ve used Walgreens for over 15+ years but I bet you I won’t no more. The pharmacist was impeccably rude. She wasn’t trying to help or anything. Her answers were very short.

Terrible. Severely Understaffed and it takes over an hour to get a prescription. Please, if you wanna get a prescription refilled, go to the CVS thats close to this same walgreens. Its not worth waiting an entire hour in line to pick up a subscription.

Find another pharmacy for your prescriptions. This wlagreens is consistently understaffed leading to 30+ minute wait times and slow fill times.

Improperly marked items. Heavyweight poster board was set at 2$, but cost 5$ at the register. Overpriced.

This has been the worst experience with a pharmacy in my entire life. I went yesterday to pick up prescriptions following my surgery. My daughter went in to pick them up and was advised that it was not ready and it would be about 20 minutes. We waited an hour before returning to Walgreens just to wait another 45 minutes in the drive thru. The gentleman kept waiting on other cars and would not respond to the "call" button. When he finally got to me, he said I wasn't in the system and he left the phone and the window. Upon his return he proceeded to assist several other cars. I had to call the pharmacy on my phone to get assistance. The "gentleman" was given my name, DOB, and address over and over, about 4 times in total. He finally sent a notepad over to write down my information. We sent the paper back and continued to wait while he waited on others. I called the pharmacy again, and was advised that he was coming to the counter. That did not happen. Once there, he asked me to verify my address, when it had been given to him 4 times verbally and once in written form. Needless to say, I will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They also provided duplicate prescriptions so I will have to return it once I am healed. This has not been there only issue. They have not filled prescriptions when I have called them in, they miss refills on the automatic refill system, and when I have asked to not auto-refill, they do it anyway. They have sent refill requests to the wrong physician.

Pharmacy is understaffed and thus has very poor service. Waited in line for thirty minutes only to be told that the phone call I received telling me that my script was ready was in fact waiting on provider approval. Normally, I’d grant grace; however this is a constant issue. Refill your prescriptions elsewhere.

Took 5 hours to fill my prescription then took an hour to pick it up. Incredibly slow and understaffed. Don't send prescriptions here

The staff at the pharmacy is completely unsympathetic and the SLOWEST you'll ever meet. Every other pharmacy is able to figure out how to help patients in a timely and kind manner. Why is this team so I inept??

This is a great Walgreens. I read that a lot of people had issues with their prescriptions but that hasn’t been my experience. The pharmacist has even gone the extra mile with savings cards if what I needed wasn’t on my insurance. The text alerts are nice and my prescriptions are ready when promised. Add friendly and accommodating staff… very good experience.

My experience was okay. I would recommend that associates inform customers as they look up prescriptions and vaccines on the computer if there is a problem, particularly when I am standing right in front of the associate. I stood at the register just waiting and waiting as associates shared information about my vaccine/prescription. They didn't think to clue me in. Speak up. Tell me that you are having some difficulty with the prescription, or whatever it is. Tell me it will be a few minutes. Tell me something. This seems to be a trend wherever businesses serve customers. (Happens at the USPS) I decided that associates must be afraid of a confrontation. There was a glitch in the system that two associates were trying to remedy, but neither informed me until I ASKED. I don't have a problem with their service, overall. They are moving as fast as they are able. It was a good experience. Just puzzling for a while. I think some reviews are unfair on this site. They do okay. I would return. The woman who administered my vaccine was very good. No pain, today.

Understaffed, horrible prescription pick ups. One person running the front register and photo department???? Simple body soaps locked up? Wait forever to unlock for a friggin 5 $ bottle of Axe Body Wash? What is going on there???
