My medication was not available and I’ve been delayed in taking it. When I asked for help in finding the medicine at another Walmart, the man ”assisting” me said “You are one of 400 prescriptions that I need to fill. I don’t have time to do that”.I called another Walmart pharmacy and they were able to check their online systems within two minutes to let me know what was/wasn’t available in nearby Walmarts. A perfect example of which Walmart pharmacy (Bonner) does prioritize customer service and patient care and which couldn’t care less (Legends).

Had an appointment for a covid test I arrived an hour early and they were able to let me take it since they were not busy.

Went In and was wanting to purchase some ammo they had nobody was anywhere around I walked back to electronics and found 5 employees standing around and nobody knew who was working sporting goods or cared to find out after waiting 30 minutes and asking several more people they finally got someone back there to open the case lots of employees standing around just talking with no initiative to do anything or provide customer service

I have never experienced such lack of caring in a manger in my life. Johnathan the "assistant store manager" was on his phone half the time I was talking to him, and he asked me "what do you want?" Well you see they had lost my pictures that my great aunt had wanted developed. So my response to his rude question was "I need you to find the pictures" Johnathan clearly hated his life and had no concept that the people in front of him were the ones paying his paycheck. I had a cart of groceries I ended up abandoning because I could not in good conscious give any money to this horrible company. Also there were only five check stands open with at least ten people in line each. So after I left, I called to speak with the store manager to inform him about Johnathan's bad behavior and I was put on hold for 30 mins and the call got disconnected. Please do not give your hard earned paycheck to this company. Please boycott Walmart so that they will go out of business and put these sad employees out of their misery.

If I could I would leave zero stars this Walmart absolutely sucks and lacks customer service.! They suck at answering the phone and if you do get someone to answer they hang the phone up.! Absolutely the worst Walmart ever.!

Okay so the line in service was terrible ...not the woman's fault just ...lack of employees ...to top it off I'm standing in line ....guy in front of me is chugging beer ...sets in cart and it spills ...manager had to clean it up. Only at Walmart ?

Its a hard thing to read negative reviews from a Pharmacy that has treated me with nothing but the best in professionalism and humanitarian service.I have been using this Walmart Pharmacy for about 3 years on a consistent basis. In that time the staff has saved me untold dollars when I didnt have any insurance. arranged for my medications to reach me when I couldn't pick them up myself. Arranged a way for me to read my prescription bottles when I no longer had the sight to see them myself. And they have taken proactive action on helping me keep track and distribute my medications monthly through the compassion only a staff of dedicated human beings could have displayed.I understand that there are reviews with folks reacting to isolated instances. Perhaps its not even Walmart Pharmacy that caused the situation but rather the reviewers perception that left the comment.I cant say I haven't had an isolated incident or two myself over the years. BUT! I want to make it clear that this review is one that was won over a considerable amount of time by the wonderful staff and Pharmacists at his location. They have earned my highest praise.Thank you. Everyone of you past, present and future for your commitment to your customers. And Thank YOU from my heart.

im a doll collector i collect rainbow high and more rainbow high mostly i think they should get more dolls and more diverse doll lines not just lol surprise barbie and rainbow high disappointed

Tried using their online order option. Waited 35 minutes after the pickup time and they don't bother answering the phone number on their sign. Finally cancelled the order. Won't do that again.

First time visiting this WalMart... I was able to navigate it fairly well. The staff wore mask and carts were available with sanitizwrs at the entrance. All the lroduce appeared to be fresh and the lines were not backed to the isles. Staff at checkout were helpfil and attentive. The store was very clean and well stocked...will be back again.

Horrible customer service....First of all they forgot 8 items on my pickup order when i called to talk to someone about my missing items i literally got the run around and I kept getting placed on hold for over 30 minutes every time I called. I also got transferred to random extensions. I called numerous times and each time I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. When I asked for a manager I kept getting hanged up on and placed on hold for over over and hour. Not once did a manager come on the line. Now I have to go back to the store and try to solve this issue. After obtaining my items or my money back I will never shop at this store again. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this Walmart store. Management definitely do not know how to lead by example and do not know how to manage and provide customer service.
