This is for all Walmarts, but this one is especially bad. You guys don't want to pay employees to check customers out, have self checkouts to save money and try to accuse people of stealing(word is getting out) you got so many employees standing around doing nothing waiting to help if needed. I asked my husband to pick up a couple things really quick and this Walmart was closer than the other grocery stores, but we were short on time and I try to boycott Walmart because they are a terrible company. You have a HUGE LINE wrapped around the whole front of the inside store for self checkout. My husband turned right around and went to another store. You guys want your customers to work and pay the small amount of employees you employ to stand around. Also, people make sure you check your receipts, I went to a Walmart a couple years ago and noticed when I got in my car( during back to school time) paid a $6 charge of a random office supply that I didn't buy.(and also customer service didn't even know what the item was, it wasn't in the system) I went back in to customer service to see what it was and to get that $6 back. And I didn't go in the self checkout line at that Walmart because all the stories of people being accused of stealing that were not stealing at self checkout.

It is a good place to shop for grocery's but the store is a little confusing.

The place is pretty small, especially with the self check-out area being roped off making it so only 1 shopper can go to or fro in the walkway. Therefore, I would steer away from here during busy days/hours if you are in a hurry. If they would have more of the small half carts in stock I think it would be beneficial to the amount of space we are constrained to in there.

If I could give this store a zero, I would! It is a dirty store. Only one clerk-manned checkout open. Several self checkouts but only ONE queue! The queue for the self check blocks the main aisle and typically snakes down and around another aisle. Tonight I needed to buy 2 items, one for my Dad and one for me - 2 transactions. I rang up Dad's and the printer jammed. It took two clerks and several minutes to fix it, but I did get a receipt. Then I rang up my item. The card reader was now not working. Another clerk suspended the ticket and took me to another register. The new register didn't read the barcode on the suspended ticket so she manually entered it and...the card reader didn't work! I took my item out of the bag, put it on the counter, and left. I will not be shopping in this store again.

Dirty, rude employees, your lucky to find what your looking for. Watch your receipts they charge more than shelf price.Even the managers are rude. Customers are not important at this location.

If you see a tele health provider be careful. I have been filling my medications here for years. Today the day before I run out of meds they refuse to fill unless I see my provider in person. It's a Sunday! There was no communication about this from walmart or the pharmacy. I called about delay and was told they simply don't fill tele health prescription unless you've had in person in last 24months. This is a negligent practice and interferes with patient care. The pharmacy or corporation should be informing their customers of such important changes so we can plan ahead. Very dangerous policy to not inform patients until it's too late or nothing can be done.

There are many associates in this store who I have grown to absolutely love however yesterday my experience with an "alleged" manager that I have never seen before was awful. She was very rude, had a very smart nasty mouth very poor customer service skills and she is a manager? No way! First of all She lied and told me her name is Christel but I found out today it's actually Crystal. Even when I walked away from her yesterday to diffuse the situation she continued to shout and say rude things to me I then when I told her I was no longer talking to her she continued.! She would not stop. All I could think is what manager would be acting so unprofessionally like Crystal unless she is under the influence of some type of drug. That's all I could think yesterday during her rude exchange with me. At my place of employment I am randomly tested for drugs and alcohol which I do neither does Walmart conduct such test with their employees? Especially managers ? If not they need to. My second thought was if she is treating me like this what other customers does she treat like this and no one said anything about her odd and rude behavior. Who else has she been this rude towards that was too scared to speak up? Then she hid her name badge from me too i saw her turn it in so that I couldn't see it at all.,I am in this store ALOT since Englewood Hyvee closed alot. I have never seen or dealt with this "said " Manager Crystal before I still can't believe she is a manage ! If y'all encounter manager Crystal NOT Christel BEWARE! She has a nose ring and those big ear hole things in ( don't know the name for them) and she wants to argue with you when she says something smart and rude to you and you stand up for yourself and respond back then she tells you to get out of "her" store. I don't know what she identifies as but for the record I'll call Crystal a her. Just beware of the manager Crystal at the neighborhood Walmart on Antioch Road Y' all! There are so many associates there that are super cool but Crystal, with her nasty attitude smart mouth and drug induced behavior I would not have her managing paint drying on a wall. She is the absolute worst example of a human being let alone a manager.

At the self checkout while i was paying a worker walked up next to me and when the customer review option popped up she reached in front of me and pressed the 5 star option, both rude and disingenuous

I still prefer to have the hired associates do the checking of my groceries. I understand that the pandemic has changed our lives and how we shop, but there needs to be more normalcy by returning to the old ways. I see that the elderly have issues with running a self-serve check-out.

Literally the last two visits (within the past two weeks) I visit this location to cash a small check, its ALWAYS an issue! Either the clerk cannot get the machine to work or the system is down. The ladies that work in customer service in the morning are terrible. They possess NO customer service skills whatsoever and kinda rude.I do like the evening staff, they are always helpful and not robotic. This location needs to fix it's system!! SMH.

Love the smaller market stores! Get in get what you want and get out fast! Just how I like it! Nice store too!
