They had her car done the same afternoon but we were unable to make it there before closing time , so they put it back in the garage and safely stored it overnight. The diagnostics revealed numerous things that needed repaired or replaced , and instead of being pushy and attempting to force all the confusing repairs on her, they highlighted and explained each thing into a way we could understand and put them in an order of importance to be considered for repair in the future if she chooses to. They charged her a more than fair price and displayed an honesty that is very hard to find in an Auto Service Shop these days.
