The fuel is cheap, and the hunt brothers pizza is too. Definitely recommend it if you are hungry or need gas

We go here all the time. The staff is always very friendly and the store is clean and well stocked. The prices for gas are generally the cheapest around too.

The Kechi Jumpstart is a great place for fuel, snacks, lunch, etc. Rhe employees are respectful, the gas is great, the food is good. I highly recommend Jumpstart for all your gas station needs.

I love the store but I do have two suggestions. Could you please provide decaf coffee. Some people are restricted from caffeine for medical reasons. The other suggestion is to take off $75 limit on gas transactions. This is an outdated policy.

Gas pumps with giant video screens to watch advertisements, check traffic (traffic in Kechi?), or check the weather radar. I’ve never been inside the store. Only to fill up with gas.

Have always liked this location until today. Worst customer service ever.Asked about why their gas prices were so high compared to the Jumpstart at the highway, 40 cents higher to be exact. I was told in a rude and disinterested manner, " we don't have control over our signs." Almost like I was interrupting her day. I walked away, unwilling to hash it out over gas and her lackluster personality. Her disinterest and her response alone made me feel like I was a nuisance. Customer service is her job. She then proceeded to tell me that she is the assistant manager... Um double shame on you. You run the place! Oh dang. She tried to defuse the situation by offering to buy my soda for the misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding, I asked a simple question and she was rude. End of story. I would rather pay for my items and have respect ?. That will be the last thing my family will purchases as this location. We are local, that's what makes this such a shame. I guess good people are hard to find. I get it retail is not the best, I did not choose the job for her. And honestly, I was nothing but polite trust me. I kept it together very well.

The worst customer service and experience at this location the cashier was playing with the pump by not starting service for fuel I had already paid for. Had to get my money back I don't have time to play with little kids and he was a man who look like he was upset at something maybe culture clash so sad. Tried to contact the corporate office. Someone made it so the phone sounds busy all the time could not even leave a message. Not going back rather take my business to quick trip more professional people there courteous and friendly. Jump start is like the step child of gas stations.

This gas station closes at 10pm, on the week days. 01.26.2031, I pulled up in the parking lot at right as it turned 9:54pm. Quickly got out to rush in, grab what I came for, pay, and go. I’m not exaggerating, it would have taken less than 60 seconds. But I get to the door and it is locked. The man working comes to unlock the door and just says we are closed. Me, thinking I was wrong about what time that close, I ask him what time does the gas station close. He states back 10. I then ask, is it 10? He thinks for a split second and confidently lies to my face, saying yes it is 10. I ask, “are you sure?” And he then says “yes, I’m sure, it’s 10, we are closed”. I informed it was not, but actually it was only 9:55pm. He comes back to me, rudely, with, well I already closed everything down. No apology, what so ever. I asked if he was the manager and he told the truth, I think. Said the manager would be in, in the morning. I’m a considerate person. I wouldn’t have even stopped by to pick anything up if it was 9:57pm, but if I did, the doors should be unlocked. The intention lying to my face about the time when he clearly knew the time was the real problem. It’s not the first time it has happened there. I watched a man a couple weeks ago trying to get in before closing, and the doors were locked. Unacceptable.

Wonderful staff! They are always smiling, and greet right when someone walks in! Very clean store and my favorite jumpstart gas station to go to! They don't rush you in and out but they do ring up fast! They do an amazing job for sure!

Absolutely terrible service. walked into the store and there was no one is sight. looked for a fountain drink, but only found an out of order sign. i decided, then, to get a bottled drink, and there were no price tags. found a drink and went to the empty register and instead found a man playing video games and a child crying on the floor. clerk never spoke to me accept to tell me the total. terrible experience. terrible facilities. never go!
