If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Deb was great, Suzy was delightful to speak with and totally took care of me! They provided the fastest and kindest customer service I have ever received!

My family and I have been using Suzy for tax services for years. Last year, I received a notification from the Kansas Department of Revenue. The letter stated that I owed a significant amount of taxes, dating back to 2018.
I immediately worked with all parties who filed my taxes, including Tax Pros, to rectify the situation. I ultimately had to hire a tax attorney to help with the problem.
As a show of “good faith,” the other tax preparers issued me a full refund. When I contacted Tax Pros, Suzy did not think it was necessary to refund me. I explained that I had to hire a tax attorney and a CPA to file amended returns each year. The tax attorney costs were roughly 7K, and the CPA charged just shy of 3K.
Please note that Suzy is not a CPA but only a tax preparer. It is my understanding that a CPA works in her office. I advise using a different tax preparer if you have a complicated tax situation. I made the mistake, and it has cost me significantly financially.
I would not recommend Tax Pros.

Been using the professional tax services here for 20ish years. Suzy and her associates are helpful year round answering questions, making recommendations (to save $), etc. This office is small but busy, make an appointment or drop off for fastest service. Easy to get to between the car wash and convenience store. The parking lot is huge.
