A solid spot to fill up and grab some snacks. The staff are super friendly and good at what they do. I’d definitely stop by this Casey’s again!

Placed our order for pick up, said it would be done at 6. Went to pick it up at 6:10 and it was not even ready. Waited in the store for 15 minutes. Confronted the person working in the back about it and got some attitude from her. We asked for a refund and she said no refund because the manager was not there. She was very rude with the whole situation, unfortunately I did not catch her name. I did however catch the name of the cashier at the moment, Brianna. Brianna was very respectful and helpful with the whole situation. We understand that the woman working In the back was the only person working at the moment but that does not give you the right to treat your customers like they are the problem. We later found out after we left more customers came in the with same issue. Not impressed with Casey’s today. 5 Stars for Brianna.

This was a quick stop for a fountain drink, they are running a special. .89 for a medium. They were completely out of the medium lid but charged me the same, letting me pour it into the large cup. It's a bit tight between the pumps and the store parking.

Went in to buy a gift card for parents for Christmas. Saw Natalie in the back, but didn't know the guys name up front as I didn't see a name tag. He helped us very well with buying a gift card and a Powerball Ticket.

The cashier an older lady was very rude and mad when I asked her for the price of pizza. This was around 8pm

Casey's as a company is apparently not worried in the least about Casey's locations, their standards of cleanliness, order, function, nothing. My company unfortunately uses the Casey's fleet card so I am subjected to filthy smelly poorly operated broken locations ran by folks who are perhaps the only humans on earth that apparently want to be there less than I do.

Nearly everytime I've gone inside the past 6 months or so there's nothing in the food warmers, most the staff is rude, and its obviously understaffed. If you want service go across the street to Daks Market. Only reason I go to Casey's is for their pizza, but you're better off ordering ahead if you want it!

We went in there to get drinks, there was only 1 woman working the register while 2 others were in the back talking. When one of the women in the back noticed that there was a long line she came out being rude and informed customers that they weren’t selling alcohol today without any reason and to buy their things and get out. I get nobody wants to work on Christmas but there was no need to be RUDE and HATEFUL!

Never a fresh pizza, or any hot serve sandwiches or popcorn chicken, etc, when I go. Slushie machine is constantly down, always out of stuff in stock.. don't offer half of the hot serve foods as other Casey's around. They are by far the worst Casey's I have ever seen.. only a handful of nice, friendly employees.. Miranda being one of the nicest there.... Idk if Jessica is the manager still or not but she is rude as h.e.l.l. but sadly she has trained everyone in her ways of poor customer service (my personal opinion). I quit going into this Casey's because of Jessica, I would rather drive to Casey's in Cheney before I ever step foot in Kingman's Casey's again..
Parking: Parking lot is soi small and awkwardly laid out that I am surprised there are NOT more accidents in the parking lot... People park very weirdly because theirs no direction for parking. As well as main parking area is butted up to pumps. With cars barely squeezing past each other and blind spots like crazy because everyone cramps their SUVs in as close as they can to get as close to the door as possible..
