My elderly parents had a plumbing issue in their basement a while back. I knew my dad would not be able to physically fix it. He had recently been very sick and was still recovering. I called Dixon’s Hardware, knowing full well they were probably busy with assisting other folks. I explained the situation to them and they said they would get right on it, do what they could. Next thing I know, their doorbell rang and there they were! The gentleman who showed up was courteous, professional, and quite thorough. I live in a different city and state than my parents…I can tell you for certain that this type of service is nonexistent where I live. You simply can’t beat small-town service. Dixon’s Hardware, thank you. You guys are the real deal.

Lance Dixon and employees are helpful in the store and I appreciate their service on my heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. Pricing is reasonable and I appreciate what their business means to Kingman.
