If I could give this is zero I would your automated system absolutely sucks. It is ridiculous. The system will not allow you to talk to an actual person. It gave me the runaround for 20 minutes and then hung up on me because it wouldn’t let me talk to a person it kept telling me I needed a tracking number which I have and it wouldn’t allow me to give. I want to talk to a human to find out why according to your tracking my package was here and then sent to another town and it was never delivered to me. I never received a notice of attempted delivery and I can’t talk to a human to find out what’s going on. You suck and I hope y’all get shut down too

I feel that a small town such as kingman they have a good service they have some postal issues that some may feel could be better .I see it as if you feel that way it may be employment their could have short of hands an as many young adults that do live in kingman that can't not own a vehicle should try to get a job but of course they problem is hudge in this town young adults wont even try to get a job . Most are young mothers having children who depend of state funds alot because they can another is the young men in kingman refuse to take part in growing up an getting a job fast money is there option instead of supporting them self an or not supporting there own children leaving young mother to depend on state fund so if your nail is late I have heard more of kingman has more problems not getting their mail because its not the postal service it may because your mail was hijacked buy young males taking your mail out of your street address mail box . Be aware you could been a victim such as I have is why its a lot better today to be safe get a postal box if you feel that way about late or not received an had do to epidemic activities in kingman way out of getting any one arrested or maybe they had been but kingman finest let's them ho do to crime pays with law force letting them be apart of there business with related crimes getting you rub my back ill forget you robbed someone's mail or storage shield or your grauge an vehicle's

For some reason our mail man only picks up our out going mail when he feels like it! So next time we have to mail a bill I guess I'll talk to him and see what day works best for him!! Not impressed made numerous complaints!!
