Man do I miss Mary but the young girl with I believe red hair (I think name is Janelle) is super sweet and helpful everytime I talk to her on the phone or in person. The older gray haired woman who works the front on the other hand is pretty rude. That along with the fact that I have to get permission to spend my own money ($500/day spending limit) is why I will be looking for a different bank. Which is unfortunate because I've banked here for years and otherwise enjoy it. It's just not realistic as an adult with bills to constantly call to get permission to increase your spending limit. They say it's for your own protection in case someone were to steal your card, however that should be my own choice.

I was having a problem with my account and had thought I had money stolen (I hadn't, it was a mistake on MY part) and just could not figure out what to do. It was late and close to closing and I called only to have someone named Jake answer. He was absolutely wonderful. Despite it being close to closing he went above and beyond to help me, called me back the next day ASAP with as much help as he could give me, and gave the number to the exact person I needed to speak to to fix the problem. Give the man a raise!

Very rude girl who had answered the phone. I had no clue what all I needed from my work and she replied with an attitude and then hung up before I could say "Okay, thank you. bye" So sick of people being rude when i wasn't informed on what all was needed.
