“I was so blessed. I was in a very rural part of the county. This tow company and their technician Kyle treated me like family. I know why he called his company and Scott the owner worked with Kyle to accommodate myself and my son. My insurance company apparently failed to let Miami tow and Recovery know we needed a ride so 1st trip out Kyle had no idea. But because of his customer care service he went above and beyond called Scott the owner and made a special trip back to the bosses and Scott allowed Kyle to use his personal tow truck. He didn't have to do that. It was my insurance companies lack of information. However this wonderful company worked with me and blessed me in so many ways. I highly recommend this tow company.
