I went here for help transfering photo data since it is a Verizon store. The people where no help, and I lost hundreds of photos. Really a disappointment. They sure talked up the I phone 14. At one point during my visit I was alone in the store. Not worth the visit, just figure it out on your own at home. The only help I got was changing over a sim card, since Verizon didn't bother to send one with the replacement device. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere so you don't lose your data

Drive the extra distance and go to a cooperate Verizon store! I am not exactly sure what these employees do, but this was the worst experience upgrading. Dakota was very unsure of the quote he gave me but was able to cancel out my order in the end. Raya gave me completely incorrect info by telling me if ordered online I could save $50 - which was definitely incorrect and lead to even worse customer service. Ethan should probably not be watching inappropriate videos and playing games while customers are in the store. Also - if you see you coworker struggling, help out instead of playing games. The also have an extremely limited selection of phones to look at. Worst customer service 10/10 would not recommend stopping here!

Take quite a while with the crappie equipment their given to get a phone but the service was great. Ethan Bourne and Catcher in the Rhya are funny and helpful, South Dakota seems more worried about his numbers than service lmao

Stopped by at 10:00 am on Tuesday the 19 of April, on the web it said you were open but when I arrived all the doors are locked, glad I wasted a trip and my gas.

Everyone was incredibly polite and cheerful. Amanda helped out in every way she could without hesitation. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was an easy transition and that all parties were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend.

Whenever I do something stupid with my phone the first thing I do is take it down to the T-Mobile store at the Legends and they look at it and in no time it's right again and I am grateful they are there for me.

Was going in to buy the new iPhone with cash but unfortunately the worker asked us to leave as there was 20 minutes until close and a customer ahead of us in line. Hate to see the punch in-punch out attitude so prevalent today.
