Thoroughly disappointed, I sat in line on my lunch hour for over 20 minutes, stuck in line because the car wash was broke temporary close, and let people out of line for those who only have a certain amount of time. I will be canceling my membership and I advise you not to go on your lunch or when you only have a certain amount of time

Sad to have to edit my review. old management Coby always took care of me....review was -5 stars "It’s so busy! And these guys are hustling…focused and on point!" new management and it shows. 33% increase when updating my card and payment date. New management Macy unwilling to honor my rate, lacking in customer service. a $10 increase on a $20 product in unreasonable, she didn't seem to think so.Services: Auto detailing

November 9 around 6:55 Lansing KS location, I pull into the wash bay a young boy and a young girl barely even throw soap on my truck rushing me through as fast as they could cause they wanted to go home, I pull back around to the front wash bay entrance and show them two big bird poop eye level on my hood what they had missed. They were like it’s no big deal we can just wipe it off with a towel but our wash bay is now closed for the evening or Have a nice day is this type of service what I’m paying monthly for little kids not Monitor or supervise I had asked to speak to one guess what not available. So I called the corporate office and still waiting for someone to get back in touch with me. I want my truck washed right the first time, please investigate this matter and roll the cameras back you will see for yourself and ask yourself is this the type of service y'all want to put for the customers?

Decided to give this place a try as it was $12 Tuesday.It's nice that you are handed a small towel to wipe down your dash. That little touch was not offered at the last automatic car wash I went to.The next step getting the car sprayed down prior to entering is another plus! Attention to detail is much appreciated.I have to say that it was probably the best wash my car has had. Even the side mirrors were spotless upon exiting.I'll stop in again, as I'm usually in the area on Tuesdays!

Love this car wash you get a towel and free vacuums that actually have power behind them for any level of wash.

So pissed! That stupid sticker they stuck on my windshield ruined my glass. I was so mad I canceled their overpriced car washes just for that! Ridiculous! I don't like anyone sticking stuff on my windshield, and I told the woman to hand it to me, but she stuck it on to the very top anyway. Lady, my windshield has a bunch of safety features built into the camera and sensors; your idiot self ruined my windshield! I tried pulling it off and it's stuck on there. Damn idiots!

Excellent experience. Owning a black vehicle means just looking at it funny and it’s dirty. Club Car Wash makes it actually convenient for me to clean my truck. The staff is courteous and they have the system down to a science. I figure I’ve gotten way more than my money’s worth with my membership.

I was new to the car wash club system but have taken good care of my vehicles for over 40 years so it takes alot to impress me... that being said I WAS SO FREAKING IMPRESSED!!! Literally all I talked about for my last 6 weeks in Kansas.i I was very skeptical about the whole 2 day clean thing but by golly its true! Wheels looked great especially! Vacuums were amazing- just can't say enough about how amazing this place is!!! Even more so now that I have moved to Iowa and can't find anything that even compares! Great job Club Carwash!! 10 stars

It is a great place to wash the car.... if only they would have air hoses to spray off water from cracks.. this would be an excellent carwash.. as many other carwash places with excellent reviews...
