“We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Trent and his agency. He truly went above and beyond for our family when a storm caused flooding in our basement.
Unfortunately, at the time we had not selected the specific coverage needed for this type of damage. Even knowing the loss wasn’t covered, Trent still showed up personally to help us. He brought over extra fans and equipment, helped us figure out our next steps, and gave us contacts for getting our carpets professionally treated. That level of service and genuine care meant so much to us during a stressful situation.
Afterward, Trent met with us to thoroughly review and update our policies so we could feel confident we were properly protected going forward. He ran our policies several different ways to find the best available discounts and took the time to walk us through each option so we could choose the coverage that made the most sense for our family.
What really stands out is that even before the storm, Trent’s agency had reached out to us several times asking to review our policies and make sure our coverage was up to date — and we were the ones who kept putting it off! In hindsight, we definitely should have taken them up on it sooner.
It’s rare to find an insurance agent who takes this much personal responsibility for his clients and is there to help even when there isn’t a claim to process. We’re incredibly grateful for Trent and feel much better knowing we have an agent who genuinely cares about making sure our family is protected. Highly recommend!”

“Tiffany snd crew are fabulous, we have 2 motorcycles, 2 cars, our house, shed and motorcycle trailer insured woth them. Have for years and everytime we need to ask a question or change up coverage it always taken care of. I like the fact that anytime i ask a question its explained the way i can understand it. Insurance isn't one of my strong points and thanks to tiffany and all her crew at state farm i dont have to worry about my coverage or deductables.
