“This store has totally eliminated the need for me to have staff. It seems ridiculous but a small not for profit has the same needs as any other business and staff to assist with shipping, packaging, printing, proofing and packaging is very expensive. We simply cannot afford it. So, we did like the big guys, we outsourced. This store handles ALL of our needs with a smile. Even the ridiculous requests on a bad day.
