We have enjoyed attending for several years now their F & E Auto Auctions. They are well organized and have always had quite unique variety of vehicles and "man cave" items. We appreciate how the auctioneers have well represented our cars we have taken for auction and worked hard to get the best price for them when they were on the block.

Warning to all thinking about using Carr Real Estate to sell anything. We were initially advised that our land would sell for around X amount and after it didn’t sell at auction we were advised to take a much lower offer. It was an offer we already had prior to talking with Carr realty. So they basically did nothing for us. We could have handled that sell on our own.The auction was delayed three weeks due to them dropping the ball. There was a very poor turnout. The signs for the auction were put up on the property after I sent a reminder the week before. But the most shocking thing was the breach in contract the day before signing. There was no time to get a lawyer involved because everyone just wanted it over and done. We will never use them again. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I've got a lot of good deals from 5th wheel trailers, trucks an small equipment. Most of the stuff I only bought because it was so cheap.

If I could give Jim Froeschner and Carr Auction & Real Estate, Inc. zero stars, it would be much more appropriate! They held an auction for my mother and aunt the same day with two properties - a 4 Br/1 bath with 40x80 shed and a 3BR/1 bath home. Both planned to sell houses and contents. Neither house sold because of lack of advertising and preparation, low bids and lack of bidders (there were only around 15). He had NO idea what he was selling and just sold items in lots...entire bedroom for $5 (including high-value collectibles), entire wall of tools/cabinets in the shed for a few dollars, etc. The auction started at 10am and he had the highest bid on the larger property by 10:06am - Originally we were told the property would be auctioned later in the day. The auction was finished, both properties and contents, by noon (2 hours total) leaving many valuable items behind not being auctioned. During the auction he spoke horribly about my mom and essentially stated her stuff was junk-over the microphone. He was mad that neither owner accepted the highest bids on the properties and asked just how we expected him to pay for his expenses, which should have been minimal considering the effort that was put into it by Jim and team. We finally received the closing documents and one check 2 weeks later. Between both properties, he wrote a check for just over $226. Clearly Jim has no idea what he is doing, nor does he understand how commission works. Don't let Jim and team do this to you or or family!
