She missed diagnosed my dog and cat they prescribed them the wrong medicine my cat died of kidney failure because they failed to run tests when I asked them to and my dog didn’t have a thyroid issue like they said he only had allergies I don’t recommend them at all very very poor service don’t take your pets here if I could give them one star I would.

Cristina is a great lady. She cares about pets and people. Not just "do it cause I'm the vet" attitude.

Sent dog into vet due to her being sick. Dog ended up dying under vets care. After having numerous people tell me frick vet service killed their dogs, I wanted to get information. I asked for paperwork as to what was done with my dog. She was recording our conversation and told me I’m not entitled to any detailed information other than an overview she already gave me. If you love your pet, send them anywhere but here.

Took a cat in under TNR. Someone at the humane society had told me the process and asked me to call Frick to set up the appointment. I’m new to the area so this process is new to me. Upon picking up the cat I’m told they were not able to verify with the humane society and that I would have to pay myself. If a customer calls and schedules an appointment telling you the humane society sent them under the TNR program and you can’t verify, don’t you think you’d verify with the customer before racking up $130 in charges that the customer believes are free? Obviously a communication issue has happened but that’s no reason to treat a customer like they are an idiot. I’ve got one TNR eligible cat and her kittens, which I was told were also able to be done under TNR once they were 2lbs. But I’ve got a whole lot of actual pets I was looking for a vet for since moving to the area. Guess I’ll have to travel farther for a good vet who treats their customers well. Hopefully she is better with the pets than she is with a customer.
