Store hours said they close at eight. Got there around seven, doors were locked, and employee was in the office watching a movie on the computer. Didn’t answer the phone and did not open the doors.

Sierra is the most rude, and disrespectful person I have ever met well I mean I have never met her in person, but she was rude to me on the phone when her staff had a lack of communication with me. And, if this is how she treats her customers than I won't do anymore business with Aaron's after I get all my stuff paid off.

? Considering going somewhere else! The Store Manager, Nathan, told me, verbatim, that Corporate will not do anything for me and nothing that Corporate says matters! I talked with Corporate again and they told me that an Area Manager, over Nathan, will call me. They also said that, he's only saying that because they do not want a complaint filed. (Complaint number - 1159337 filed) I was late making a payment and went to go to the store to pay. Their doors were locked, during business hours, with a sign stating they will be back - with no estimated time for return. I have pictures for proof! We almost left, as we waited for about 45 minutes until someone returned, and finally made the payment. They wouldn't work with us on the late fees and didn't care to listen to our reasons. Just after being a customer, for 2 months, Sierra came to our home and told a guest on our porch to give Aaron's a call and schedule a pick up because they were done with us. I'll change my review, for the company, if they make an effort to make this right! SMH! ?♂️

Went in with the couch I wanted in mind , directed me towards the used couches that were quite filthy, then didn't interact w/us at all after that. Wasn't interested in selling us a couch at all so we left. I was ready to buy . This isn't my first bad experience w/this particular store , guess I'll go to KC from now on .

Received a call from a one of the store Collection people. Seems its policy that they call random number to harass individual that don't have account with them. I was told I had to provide my name instead of them telling me who they were looking for In order for them not to call my number that they didn't even have on a signed document. The just called my number by looking a the person on white pages and call all the numbers associated with their name.

Edit: I'm only giving this 3 stars because the delivery guys were awesome and treated us kindly.The worst experience we have ever had with a company! Went in on Saturday and set up payments for a couch. They took the money out of my account then and handed me a receipt. Even WITH the receipt, they tried to claim a payment wasn’t made and my mom had to end up paying them the same amount with HER card. They claim we are being refunded which I have yet to see, and told my mom she didn’t have to be nasty about it. We wouldn’t have to be nasty about it if you weren’t trying to scam people out of their money. If my payment that they “can’t find” yet can somehow still refund IS NOT returned, there will be lawyers involved.

It's store hours state 12-6, however since 12 and twenty minutes later of waiting, they still have not opened the store. I've been a loyal customer of Aaron's for YEARS and this is unacceptable. Rentacenter will get my business if this store is not audited, and I will be filling a complaint with the county, municipal, and corporate.

In November we got a couch. It was delivered broken. Upon noticing the break in the couch while still wrapped up, the delivery guy immediately called the store manager. The store manager picked up and instantly was cussing the guy out on the phone. It was disgusting! We couldn’t believe the level of disrespect! Anyway, we were told that we could use the couch as a loaner and we’d have a replacement in two weeks. They even came back later that day and took pictures of it! Nothing. No replacement came. In January my husband called the store, they acted like they didn’t even know it was broken and said she would have store manager call us. Over a week went by and still no phone call and I finally said they can just come get the couch we’re done with this bs. We go in there on Tuesday, lady puts on schedule to pick up and I explain what the issue was. She took our names and number and said she would have the manager address this situation because he needs to make it right. Of course he hasn’t called yet. Needless to say we found a different couch at a different company with superior customer service. I will never go back here and every time the Lawrence store blows up my phone I will tell them all this or in email I will reply with this review!

Customer service DOES NOT exist at this location. Jamie left about a year ago and any pay agreement that had been arranged went out of the door. Never had any issues at all until recently. They are extremely unorganized beyond belief! They need training on their system..my payment is clearly current and they have been harassing me when I am NOT DUE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had bought a Samsung refrigerator paid it off early and have alot of problems with it when I called they said they would call samsung then they told me the serial number was not on file with samsung this went on for 2 months and not one time did they call me back when they said they would. I always to call to figure out what was going on and I always would get we will call you back. We had the refrigerator less than three months and $2000 later I personally think they should have just replaced the refrigerator. And everytime I did call it seemed like a inconvenience lesson learned.

I wanted to rent a propane stove cause mine went out for a month you guys were the only ones that had one so I got it it was the filthiest stove and dented and one leg was bent so I had to take it cause she said it was the only stove they had but it wasn't the stove she showed me and I told her that stove wasn't worth$1000 she asked me why I told her look at the way it looks she didn't she anything wrong anyway my said someone owes her$30 for cleaning it and also when you heat the stove up it smells like mouse piss I only wanted to rent for 1 month and that's what they gave me I had to have one for the holidays
