ATSI treated us well from moment one. Gabby did an amazing job of staying in communication with me. She worked to find solutions that would repair our transmission rather than instantaneously jumping to buying a new one. I appreciated her willingness to support us as customers especially when dealing with other businesses such as dealerships. We will be bringing our vehicles to ATSI from now on.

Gabby and her crew have been the most helpful people ive ever met they consistently help me with all the issue i get and theyre always quick and efficient and is definitely the place ill be taking my car for any new mechanical issues I highly hoghly recommend them

Brought my car to them because it was recommended by tow service. $3000 later I got my car back and it does not drive the same there’s something wrong with it. There’s vibration in the pedal and it has a weird sound when accelerating. I suggest going to a different transmission shop. We brought the car back to them and they said there is nothing wrong and they couldn’t help.

Had a vehicle that decided to stop moving, contacted ATSI. A quote was sent to me very quickly, had a transmission ordered and on its way within 24hrs. Everyone kept in contact with me all the time and when they found another issue, they fixed it “as part of the cost”. Definitely will refer them to anyone with transmission issues. I regularly use a local garage for all of my vehicles, but ASTI price was lower and decided to go with them.

So the beginning of the year my 2018 Ford escape decided it's transmission wanted to die so I had it taken to atsi to get it diagnosed and fixed Gabby one of the managers there I believe worked hard and tirelessly helping fight and work on my warranty to get the service I needed and the coverages I needed to get my vehicle back to working condition and even fought them on getting me a rental hands down the best service and help I've ever received. I feel tbh that woman deserves a raise or recognition for her hard work and devotion

I paid over $5000 for a new transmission in February 2022. In less than two years the transmission went out again. They were bought out by another company, so they are not honoring previous customer warranties. Buyer beware.
