Bought a brand new Iphone 16e and when I asked about cases and screen protectors they told me they wouldn’t have them for a week, reassured me that nobody had them yet and asked other employees there to verify, who agreed. I went over to best buy and the worker told me it’s the exact same case/protector as 3 different generation iphones and took care of me.

I have had several issues over the last few months and this week I dealt with a clerk that was far from helpful. I ended up talking to tech support from Direct TV who helped me not only get my account updated as she said it was not, even though the clerk told me I was good to go and just needed to log in. He, with my permission even went and helped another clerk instead of finishing with me. When I first started with ATT, a clerk drove to my home and helped me out... salutes to him!!! I am not happy with the staff that I currently have been working with at be the store.

Horrible experience. We were there for 2 hours and they kept telling us that they were unable to fix the service until the weekday. Went over to the other location and the very nice lady had my phone fixed and upgraded within the hour!!

Awful customer service directed us to try online and refused to take my drivers license as a form of id because it was out of state. Been a customer for 10 years never had such awful experience. Will be driving to another location in the future.

Very cheap and bad experience , unfortunately,you never set with them a REAL payment. Every time a surprise with bill payment.

We have been here many times to get my husband's phone fixed and a few people have told us they couldn't fix it because it was not fully charged. Kyrie took his phone and had it fixed in just a few minutes. He took his time to explain what was happening and was very kind and knowledgeable. Extremely impressive young man.

My iPhone has had issues and continues to have issues since I got it. Can’t use i message or FaceTime but att doesn’t have any solution and refuses to correct my issue

Went twice to shut off a landline. First time got the cell phone closed. Said they couldn't do the landline. Went back because I knew they were lying, just gave me a number to call. Had to go to Olathe. This happens a lot.Olathe does the customers service for the lawrence store. SMH . 5 guys sitting around, they were not busy.

The experience this man has allowed in the Store was impeccable. He sold all my issues that we’ve been dealing with four months with AT&T in one visit. He was a very helpful and very great. We appreciate his service. We will be returning to the store in the store only
