I may misspell their names, but Kevan and Gabby were truly life savers today. I was on my way home from Topeka to KC and my tire pressure dropped to almost single digits. I pulled over and gave the Dream Nissan service department a call. It was getting close to closing time, but Kevan answered and said to head on over.
Come to find out my tire was close to “blowing out” and was no longer safe to drive on. Kevan, without hesitation, opened the trunk, lowered the spare, and preceded to change my tire. At the same time, Gabby looked at my other tires and noticed similar concerning warning signs. Gabby directed me to get the car looked at as soon as possible to ensure I was safe.
The two of them were incredible. Especially since they worked outside of their normal hours to make sure I was taken care of and safe. Huge kudos to them too! Hope to cross paths with them again.

I’m very disappointed in my experience today. I walked in and waited for a while to be helped (I had an appointment) everyone acted like they were too busy gossiping to help me test drive the vehicle, eventually got checked in went on the test drive and everything was great, then they didn’t want to negotiate on price at all on a used car… very unfortunate I was really looking to walk away with my dream vehicle at a reasonable negotiating point for both parties. I do hope to see them reach out and hopefully decide to negotiate and then I’d love to do continued business with them.

Dodge Wasinger was very attentive to what I described that I was looking for. Found what I needed all the while being busy with several other customers that had appointments. The financing department was extremely informative and easy to work with. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommended!!
