βSuper nice guy and straight forward look at repairs. I was traveling through Lawrence Kansas when the front brakes on my Harley started to have issues (locking up) I looked for motorcycle repair shops in the area and found Motorcare. Gave him a call and he said if I could limp it over to his shop he would take a look at it. After about 5 mins looking at it he had be able to continue my travels. Straight forward look at the problem with a simple solution. Not to mention a super nice guy too. I would recommend Motorcare and would trust him again with my bike.β
βThe service and professionalism is superb. Itβs rare to see auto repair run by friendly people with such commitment, dedicated to transparent, honest service and expert care. Do yourself a favor and get anything from these guys.

βStopped by to use their free air compressor for my tires. I didn't have a tire gauge, so I went inside and asked the cashier at the register if they had any to buy. She was very polite and told me they didn't have any in stock, but lent me one they had at the register. Good thing too because almost blew out my front tire. Fantastic service by her.β
βI needed a couple replacement tires for my truck. Called these guys and they made the process super simple and besides they were about 30 bucks cheaper than the big corporate shops in town. I saved them in my phone and they will be the first ones I call if I have a tire issue again.β

βThe best mechanic in town! Had a few issues with my 2012 Honda Civic Si that I needed to take care of with my tires needing to be replaced along with the control arm and bushings for both sides and a realignment. En-tire quoted me over $1000 for all the repairs.
I got it all taken care of for an affordable price through Frank-e-smiles Auto. Thanks again Frank! Will be a continued customer and refer all of my friends. My car drives like a champ again. Dont slack on Frank hit him up today!β

βThis place is wonderful. I received an estimate from them for a repair and the estimate was half the price of the estimate from the dealer. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle, the actual cost of $400 less than the quote. And my car is running perfectly.
I have never left an auto mechanicβs place not feeling cheated prior to this experience. Also my niece has taken her vehicle here and has always been satisfied. This place is wonderfulβ

βBack in a Toyota! I bought my son's Honda here in 2016 and it's still serving him well. Recently I met Tristan and am now extremely happy in my new to me used car. I can't say enough about Tristan. Tristan listens, is honest, and does more than connect you with what you're asking for, he can also suggest what you might need without pushing. The non-pushing part cannot be emphasized enough. I know many people dread their next car purchase due to the experience of being sold some thing. My advice is to do your research before you go in, ask for Tristan, and get a reliable vehicle with local service.β

βQuit going to Crown Toyota Service for a couple years but thought we would give them another chance. Our service rep (Felipe) restored our faith in Crown Toyota Service center. Ask for Felipe, and you wonβt regret it . He is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about service repairs. If we need any repairs in the future, we will return due to the great service we received from Felipe. Keep up the awesome work!?
Update: Another recent visit to Crown Toyota Service center. Felipe was off this time but Justin assisted me and once again, I was treated honestly and friendly. Justin kept me informed and kept me posted the entire time my truck was being diagnosed. I will continue to return to Crown Toyota Service for my repairs. Times are tough and finding βhonest and fairβ repair centers are even tougher. Keep up the great work Crown! Thanks Justin!β
