Rented a car from Avis for Nov 21-27. On the way home a bird flew into us and broke the windshield. No problem, we have full coverage insurance. Spoke to the people on roadside assistance and the office and they said they would send us a bill for it so we could decide off we wanted to send it to our insurance first or pay in full. Take 21 days. Never received a bill. December 26 I get a charge on my card for 611. Never received a bill but I paid it outright on my card. December 31 I get another bill for 125. Said the car was dirty. It was in the same shape we got all save the windshield. Dirty when we got it. Cigars were in the car when we got, not vacuum, they never told us of that charge when we returned the car and spoke to them. It took them over a month to charge us for that? Will never get a car from them again. Will be sticking with the old faithful enterprise and hertz. I will be disputing. I figured I’d give them a try. Second worst rental company ever. If I could give them a zero I would. In top of I reserved a mid size like a Toyota Camry and got a Jeep. Most uncomfortable ride for a 30 hour drive. Would not ever recommend them

Sophia is the best! There was a lot of confusion about a long-term lease of a car from AVIS in Dallas and Sophia got it all straightened out in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. So glad I decided to stop at this location for assistance.

Vehicle was absolutely filthy and I was up charged, although told a different price when I picked it up. 5 days AFTER I returned the vehicle they inspected it and billed me for a chip in the windshield, which never occurred while in my possession. The vehicle was so dust and bug covered (appeared to be driven on a gravel road) before I received it, they clearly did not inspect it between renters. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. I had never received a itemized receipt for my bill, despite request. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to discuss damage charge during business hours.

They are impossible to get ahold of. They tacked on late fees even though I returned my vehicle at the exact time I said I would. I can’t get ahold of anyone in the office to help me with this so I guess I’ll just write a review. Not surprising I guess considering I waited 20 mins in the lobby myself before someone came in to give me the car.

I left an item in a rental vehicle.Initially I had a difficult time getting in contact with Avis.They responded to my review online with next steps and I was able to retrieve my items, thanks!

Staff was very helpful at pick up and drop off. Lots of road work, but Avis is still very accessible through all of it. Car was clean and fun to drive.

Renting at AVIS was a great decision. The ease of renting, price, convenience of being open on Saturday for return, and acceptance of debit cards without jumping thru hoops- made it a great experience.

Great Prices, Always Friendly, All vehicles are in excellent condition at pickup and the selection is varied and up-to-date. I just wish they were located on the WEST side of town!

I rented a car for a road trip to California. It was clean, reliable and modern. And the guy that works there, Abdi, is extremely helpful. I used the App to book my car days earlier, and took me 5 minutes to pick it up, and 5 to drop it off.

We got a rental to go to Phoenix, AZ & the entire trip we had to fill up the driver side front tire because of a slow leak and the navigation did not work. We were not told about these things before hand. After returning the rental we told the person who checked us out about the issues. He was kind enough to credit me back for the road side assistance & navigation services initially paid for.

Do not book here if you have a new Kansas driver's license or Real ID. I had a reservation for weeks, arrived on the day to pick up the car and was told by the associate working that they have been having trouble with new IDs. The associate was unsympathetic and unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation. My experience with Avis completely threw a wrench into a birthday weekend getaway.
