I have asked and asked for them to cut down the bush next to the ramp and no one does. Today I slid into the wet grass in my wheelchair and got stuck and now have to figure a way to get all the mud off my wheelchair so I can go inside my house and not track mudd in plus sliding on that ramp into the grass is a huge safety issue for wheelchair users. Please cut that bush out!!!!

Helpful and friendly staff. I did overhear a manager scolding (not quietly) an employee about something she was doing, which should have taken place out of earshot from customers.

Always incredibly friendly staff.
Wonderful smells.
If you sign up for the rewards, which are free to sign up, you often get really great coupons. Free items as well as discounts. Fantastic gift ideas.
This location is rather small, so when there are a lot of folks in there it can feel cramped.

Typical Bath and Body Works. A bit on the crowded side as far as floorspace goes so I feel like I have to constantly make sure I'm not going to knock anything over even as a smaller person, but I still come back. Especially when they have sales, which is often.
