Yasmin doesn't pay attention to what she's doing continuously gets on her phone. Gave us the wrong phone plans and now mine and my husband's phone plans aren't on the same plan and they aren't the same price per phone. And aren't even the unlimited plans that we showed her instead she charged us more for a non unlimited plan. Highly upset. There's so much more but I'll leave it at that

Started with Boost over two weeks ago...it has been nothing but a headache. I have been on their customer care five times and in the office twice...still no data unless I am at work on their wifi. Have heard a lot of great things, but not having same results. The girls in Lawrence office is very nice, patient and helpful..much appreciated.

I came into my local Boost store today to change my service, and to pick up a new phone. I would have been totally lost if I had tried by myself to figure out how to switch from regulat Boost to the new Boost Infinite plan. With 100% help from Melanny and Andrea we were able to get this rather difficult task completed. Much thanks to both of these ladies.

This used to be a good phone carrier. You better RUN. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THESE 5 STARS. It’s not worth it.

The store may be a bit unassuming, but I have only ever gotten quality and fairly-priced service here.My latest visit really wowed me as two very kind ladies there essentially saved me from myself. My family has had medical concerns and while caring for them I changed my PIN and forgot it one sleepless stressful day.I nearly got locked out of not just my phone when it broke, but my entire phone NUMBER. The ladies there kept a cool head and walked me through the recovery process and eventually even managed to recover my PIN!I went from doomed to save in less than an hour and it was all thanks to their patience and hard work. What ever they pay y'all there, it ain't enough. Absolute lifesavers and probably kept me on the Boot bandwagon to Boot. They'll take care of you even if you're not super tech savvy. They have my business! And morever they have my gratitude.Thank you guys!

Poor Customer store service: I've been with Boost Mobile for about 7 going on 8 years. I like there phone plans but the 23rd street, Lawrence store customer service sucks.I purchased a Boost Mobile Phone/ Motorola g stylus (2021) and had some issues with it Celine wasn't working that day but her co-worker was. The accessibility voice assistant would not turn off and the phone itself was making all kinds of annoying sounds that would not quit. The store rep. was a short Mexican woman, I was communicating with Motorola Tech. Support on my phone and was instructed by Tech support ask Boost mobile if they had an extra phone I could use. The Mexican store rep. obliged to help and handed me one of the store phones to use and the store offered to help stop the annoying sounds coming from my phone.During my conversation with tech support I noticed something peculiar and odd the Boost mobile store Rep was tapping on my phone very fast and hard. So hard that the screen protector on my phone cracked in several places. I looked again and noticed she dropped my phone by accident and quickly picked it up. That's when I became concerned if she knew what she was doing. She didn't know how to turn off the Accessibility voice assistant. Using no patience whatsoever.Apparently she didn't know how to go through the nessessay steps to solve the problem. When I politely asked her what the problem was? she couldn't tell me. I asked for my phone back to take a look at it to see if it was damaged. I said "the way you are impatiently tapping on it, it slipped away from your grasp and you accidentally dropped it. Here, let me see it. The 23rd street Boost store Rep was offended at my comment, and said I was being disrespectful, andthen Snatched my phone away from me and said "I'm trying to help you, I didn't brake your phone. I'm going to replace the screen protector on it, you are disrespecting me."I replied"ma'am you just disrespected me by snatching my fully paid for phone away from me."Then she threatened to kick me out her store she said, "her store." I was calm and cool as a cucumber. I said "look around here lady, the store cameras captured you snatching my phone away from me, that's illegal and a crime." She kept saying, I'm just trying to help you." This so-called Boost sales rep had a funny way of showing her help. She had my phone hostage and I patiently waited until she fixed the problem and replaced the cracked screen protector that she cracked. In the beginning she was nice and let me use the store phone to call Motorola Technical support service but afterwards working on my phone she became frustrated, and angry.I didn't accuse her of breaking my phone I simply understand accidents happen, no worries. But her whole additude changed from nice to down right mean, angry, disrespectful and offensive and somewhat violent when she snatched my phone away from me.After she cooled down and stopped the annoying noises and voice commands coming from my phone she handed my phone back to me and said check it over to see if I damaged it. So, I gave it a good check over. No scratches on the outside but 2 weeks later the problem started again. This time I used the patience God Almighty gave me, solving the problem like a puzzle. Using the time delay seconds between the accessibility voice assistant prompts and commands to access settings, then Assessibility voice assistant and settings and Turned it off. Completely stopping it from randomly coming on whenever we it wants to. Problem solved. The battery in my phone drains faster than when I first bought it. I contacted Motorola about it but my warranty was 1 month expired. As far as me ever doing any business with the Boost Mobile store on 23rd Street, in Lawrence,KS -Never again.I'll purchase my Mobile Phones direct from the manufacturer and activate'em myself.Saving me money, time and avoiding trouble, from troubled people.

My experience was excellent. My thanks to Melanie. She was so helpful to me. I watched her very efficiently multi-task with several customers with different phone needs. She did this while effortlessly and seamlessly going between 2 languages. She was professional and friendly. I've had Boost for along time and I have always felt that they are a pretty good phone company. Additionally, the store was clean and well kept.

Went there on a Saturday and they decided to change there hours to closing at 6PM not 7PM like their business shows online, had to come back the next day to pay my bill. Coming in on Sunday there's a back in 25 minutes sign on the door. Maybe if the employees were more concerned with customers instead of avoiding daycare costs and bringing their kids to work they could give the customers the attention and hours of business they pay for.
