This place is the best gas station in Lawrence. Hands down! And Philip the individual who was working that day was phenomenal. Best service I’ve received in quite some time in this town!

Last night on Aug 6th at around 8:30pm, I had a horrible experience with a tall blonde that took what I said as rude when I was just frustrated at the situation of not being able to accept my temporary state issued DL for a pack of smokes. She herself was rude and needs some customer service training.

I came here for gas and to go to restroom and was harassed by cashier. I have a little wallet attached to my keys. I pulled out 20 for gas and put rest in and he kept asking what I put in my pocket, it was disrespectful. I empty my pockets and showed I had nothing but he was still rude, literally in store long enough to pee and go pay for gas.

I went to bp to try to get gas and the pump ended up taking all my money but didn’t give me gas so I went inside and was informed it would take 10 business days I was very stressed on how to get me and my baby home and soon after Crystal who was working at the time came and told me she paid for my gas and to have a good day. I hope she sees this to know how much I appreciate her there’s not many people still out there with a good heart and she is one of those rare people and I appreciate it so much she deserves a raise or something.

I just get gas and pay at the pump. I use premium and get the best mileage fro BP gas.

Walked in to use the restroom and was met with unprovoked hostility and condescension from the staff here. Would not recommend going here.

Came in and an Asian gentleman was ahead of me asking for Marlboro cigarettes and the cashier didn't understand his accent so instead of asking him to simply repeat himself he said "say it in English" to which the customer once again repeated himself, resulting in the cashier staring at him then slowly retrieving his cigarettes. This man on many occasions has pushed his religious, political, and now racist views on others in a business setting. One customer may not mean much, but I won't support individuals or businesses with such disgusting behavior presented. This is a gas station if employees are unwilling to help customers without judgement on purchases then maybe they shouldn't work at a gas station.
