I needed my side mirror replaced, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Eddie was helpful and kind on the phone when I called for a quote, and the price was very fair. When I brought my vehicle in, everyone was quick, efficient, and friendly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.

I can’t say enough about my experience with Dream Collision! From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing — truly complete and wholesome. My car looks brand new again; you’d never even know it had been hit!
A huge shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond handling everything with the Farm Bureau Insurance adjuster, Kelli, who was honestly terrible. She never returned any of my many messages or emails, but thanks to Susan’s patience and persistence, everything still got handled perfectly.
I’m beyond grateful to the entire Dream Collision team for their professionalism, kindness, and amazing workmanship. They turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a positive experience.

I had some small scratches to fix on my car. Luke was extremely helpful. He spent about 25 minutes to touch it up with a color pen and did not even charge me. They are a very competent, honest, and customer-friendly body shop. Highly recommend them.

My daughter recently wrecked her car. We brought it to Dream Collision and met Steven and his staff. They worked with us closely and walked us through the process with our insurance company. Unfortunately, the car was totaled by insurance, but Steven helped remove an aftermarket remote start unit and helped with storing the vehicle until it could be collected. Very impressed with this team/company, and if I have any need for collision repair in the future, they will get my business.

I brought my mom’s vehicle here after it was in a small accident. They worked with the insurance company. The process on my side was simple. They went above and beyond. This is my first time dealing with this shop but I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend. Luke was upfront with repairs needed and costs. He kept me updated on the progress and any changes to parts or costs. Had my son's truck done on schedule and under the cost he quoted me. The front office staff is friendly and made me feel like I was a regular. They do great work and are honest! I will not use anyone else in the future.

These guys were great! Had an issue with my trunk leaking and they sealed it up no charge in about 10 minutes and I was one my way. I would recommend them 10 times over.

We recently had our 2005 Lexus RX330 repaired at Bryant Collision after it was totalled by the insurance company. We had significant damage to the front bumper, headlights, and right fender. They were able to repair it using new and aftermarket parts within the settlement amount from the insurance company.
We had previous experience with a 2000 Sienna that was totalled in 2016 that they fixed when no one else would touch it, so it was a no-brainer for us to go there again. We had also had them help us with some other small issues that they did for free.
We had to wait a month to get it in, but then the repair was completed in 10 days. They explained the process to us & preordered the parts, and reused some parts that weren't damaged. The only complaint I have is that they did not provide updates during the process without me having to call them, but they did respond to my calls.
I would highly recommend them!

Zero urgency, no communication, bad overall service. They scheduled me to drop off my car about a month out from when I took it in for an estimate, which is understandable. Took it in for a broken tail light, broken bumper cover and seatbelt buckle replacement. Was told it would be a 2 day job, but it turned out to take over a month. I had to pick up and drop off my car 4 or 5 times throughout the process and received a phone call for status updates only one time throughout this month long process. The reason for it taking 29 days longer than estimated was because the parts to my vehicle had been discontinued, which seems understandable. What I don’t understand is why they didn’t have parts ordered in the month that they had scheduled me out for, instead of having me drop off the car and then order parts. The lack of communication and feeling like the care at all is what turns me off the most. Would recommend to skip them.

Repair of the car looked like nothing ever happened. Marc and his crew are top notch and one of the best in Lawrence. Appointment was made, expectations were met and got the car back in no time. Highly recommended as they do every repair by the book and have the highest standards around. Keep up the fantastic work Marc and team.
