Capitol Federal® Savings Bank is a reputable financial institution that has expanded its services to the west side of Lawrence. In August 2018, the bank acquired Capitol City Bank, and as of April 2019, this branch location serves both Capitol Federal® and former Capital City Bank customers. The bank's staff, particularly Caitie Heptas and Aubrey Gibson, are described as knowledgeable, helpful, and providing excellent customer service, making customers feel welcome and at ease.

I wasn't able to login to my account and I had two overdraft fees so I stopped in to talk to an associate to see if they could help. Aubrey Gibson helped me with both issues and was incredibly professional, friendly, informative and most importantly helpful! PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you again!
