“Friends! True story! My brand new chevy trax and I were tooling along a county road (en route to parents for lunch and mom was making her world famous spaghetti and meatballs ?). Up ahead! Farm equipment ahead and so I slow and give a lot of room between us. CLINK! a rock slams into my windshield and I look as it begins to crack down the driver's side. And as I gaze in abject horror, it continues to get longer. ?. I called 3 glass companies (one of which I have reviewed) and only 1 called back-Zielglar. I brought my car in the next day for a look-see and was told the windshield needed to be replaced (not surprising). They were able to schedule me in a very short time. I arrive at my appointed time and the tech, Evan, greets me and answers all my endless questions. Off the trax goes as do I to enjoy lunch on Mass (with a libation). I return and the windshield is fixed and looks ?! SO HAPPY! price is reasonable and Evan was, again, so patient with endless questions. THE VERY NEXT DAY I'm driving dad to a luncheon and CLINK! YES! CLINK! ANOTHER ROCK MAKES CONTACT WITH MY NOT EVEN 24 HOURS OLD WINDSHIELD! ? this time it's a chip and of course! It's wide, deep and has spidey veins. Off we go back to Zeigler! Evan inspects and yes, friends, another windshield must be installed. An appointment is made (again quick turnaround) and I decide to wait for this install instead of sauntering down Mass. The waiting area is very comfortable with plush chairs and ample tables. Wifi is available! I opt for crossword puzzles and seriously, a little over an hour, Evan states my car's ready! YAY! We both state (not offensively) that we hope we don't see each other again anytime soon. ? fingers crossed ? I haven't encountered any more rocks via my windshield! All in all, 5 stars in every category for this glass business. Evan was thorough, professional and very informative! Excellent place to do business with!”
