“My family and I were diverted to KC due to the Midwest blizzard this week. I mistakenly booked the wrong vehicle and drop off location… on a time when spring break was just starting. We couldn’t find a single vehicle in a twenty-five mile radius…. And it was looking like we might be stuck in the area for two more days…. I had to go to this location to cancel my mistakenly booked rental in person. Out of sheer desperation, I asked if there were any vehicles that would allow us to do a one way trip 300+ miles away…. And it just so happened that there was one vehicle they could let us use. The receptionist and owner of the location were so kind to us. Thanks again for saving us a lot of grief and heartache. I would recommend this location to everyone.”
