Every time that I go to a store in Lawrence, there gas pumps won't print receipts. When I go inside to get 1, the clerk acts frustrated that I came inside to get 1 & always say it probably out of paper but they say that it's not there job to go outside to replace the paper

The ads at the gas pump are loud, and annoying as HELL! You can't mute them, either. I love this station but the ads might send me elsewhere.

I don’t normally post reviews but this is ridiculous $20 for a pizza with barely any toppings no taco sauce packs and had to wait 5 minutes before the customer pick up person even noticed me standing there it’s 2:30 pm not a dinner rush and the quality of the pizza was below what I’ve had in the past for this place paid extra $2 for hot sausage on it barely any meat on it as well. I will give them credit here they gave me credit for a replacement I ordered a new pizza Much better it was Perfect so maybe that was a one time thing so they are trying to make things better great pizza this time around .

Only setback with the Casey's stores in Lawrence, KS are the Diet Pepsi bottles. Every stores bottles smell like grandmas basement type mold when you open them, to the point I will open it just to smell, and if it stinks I throw it away after purchase. I buy them daily for work and it's always a pungent smell, so I have been going to other stores for them recently.

I am pretty sure food/pizza is supposed to be continuously made, I went in today at 1:20 and all 5 pizzas were old, the “time to be sold” time was very late, and there were NO fresh food. Casey’s is known for the pizza and ready to grab food, but if it’s not being made fresh there is no point.

I’ve only tried to stop there after getting off work a couple times to get a quick slice of pizza but apparently the night crew just doesn’t stock there to go food. When I go in there, There’s either nothing or it’s old. This is definitely not the case in the morning, so it must be a difference in the people working you would think 5 o’clock would be when they would have fresh hot stuff ready apparently not

Just go to QuikTrip. Kitchen employees will keep their back turned to customers while doing something and pretend they don’t see you, lady who works the register at night is beyond rude and completely lacks customer service skills. Casey’s continues to disappoint and as a former QT employee it’s honestly embarrassing what low standards y’all have for your employees

Only Styrofoam medium cups so they can charge you more than what a regular medium cup cost shady then not even a sign telling you how much the fountain drinks are

I ordered through the app on 7/3/24 immediately after kitchen staff called me and told me they were closed and canceled my order but never refunded my money of $52. I have left several messages emails and tried to call corporate several times and never got any response.

Whoever you had making pizza in there today is garbage. Ate a week old pizza that they recooked. Looked like you got a tombstone pizza, burnt it, and let it sit for an hour. How you mess up Casey’s pizza?

The PM staff is definitely lacking compared to the AM staff at this location. The young lady with all the piercings lacks Grace and customer service.
