Beth, Isaiah, and Nye at the folks road location in Lawrence ks are the best. I enjoy going to my bank, I’ve got my kids accounts there. The app is easy to navigate, the customer service at this location is beyond the expected. They always go above and beyond. Never had any issue , everything I made very clear .. normally leave with everyone smiling and laughing. I trust my money is save and secure
