Place has gone downhill hard. The service is good, the cooks never under or overcook anything.. But the food quality is just very low compared to what it used to be. It's more on par with fast food in terms of quality, with restaurant prices.

I have been coming to this place for over a year now and every time it is a great time. The servers tucker and jordi especially make it a comfortable place to eat at. Foods always tasty and the price is good. I suggest it for both natives and visitors.

Asked for no onions. Of course, they had more than normal onions in it. Normally, their fajitas are good. This time, absolutely the worst! Beef was flavorless and too much pepper. Chicken was overcooked and dry. Totiias were crunchy.

Always a pleasure having food here! The manager Chuck and the server Bree are SO awesome. Made sure my food was served hot and fresh, and on time. Would always recommend Chilis because of them!

Worst service I’ve ever had. The server took forever to get back to the table to check if everything was okay. Had to wait 20 minutes to just ask for the steak to be cooked properly. Also the restaurant is super cold, wear a coat if you want to eat there.

Utterly forgettable is the only thing I need to really say about the Cajun pasta I had. It didn't really taste like anything and I swear the bread was from the frozen section of Walmart.

Ordered food for curbside pick up. Was not told you had to go inside and check in, it was posted nowhere, the email I received did not say it, nothing. After waiting more than 10 minutes I went in and was told that they were just waiting on one item and it would just be a couple minutes and they'd bring it out. I waited again in my car for a long time and finally went inside again, where no one was around and I waited and waited. Finally someone came by and noticed me and asked about why I was waiting. I was then handed a bag of food. The lack of care for me waiting for so long was quite irritating. I get home only to discover I had been given the wrong food, even though I watched the guy check the receipt and check the box/bag. I called and had to explain what happened to two different people before being told, well, we were busy... I'll refund you the part that was wrong. I expressed my irritation by the entire situation and was then told that my entire meal would be refunded. I was given a very excuse filled apology, blaming it being busy... instead of just owning up to the mistake and not passing blame. I was offered a remake on the one item if I came back out, to which I said the rest of my food would then be cold, and was told that a refund was all I could get. I'm very disappointed.
