One customer experienced a car battery failure and received assistance from a general manager who provided a jump start and a complimentary car wash. The car wash on Bauer Farm Drive in Lawrence has been described as "amazing," with customers praising the shiny and clean results and the affordable prices. However, some customers have reported issues with the dryers at certain locations, and one customer was disappointed when the cost of their veterans discount was increased. The customer's car was in the shop for repairs, and during this time, their automatic membership was cancelled, and they were resigned up at a much larger rate. We were returning from a trip to Colorado and our car was extremely dirty. The staff took extra time to spray the car before we entered the wash and even after we entered the wash. Much appreciated!
