Worst bank ever. I’ve had a checking account with them since 2001 and a credit card since 2011. They recently closed my credit card account without providing any notice. I’ve never made a late payment, to any creditor, ever. There’s no reason my account should’ve been closed.

Great customer service. The ladies always recognize me, even with a mask on, and address me by name. My family has had accounts with Commerce since the early 90’s.

I’ve been a customer of commerce for over 30 years and they could care less. They nickel and dime you to death. Can’t change banks any faster. Zero customer service and the new tellers are even worse. They’ll never get another cent from me.

Don't trust these crooks. They will embezzle your stimulus checks before you recieve them. All they do is put everyone's money in a brokerage account and steal our dividends.
