I bought a phone today and I was greatly overcharged based on the receipt I received. I paid $257 and realized when I got home that the receipt and what I actually paid don't match up.

I’ve had cricket for a long time but I want to use my iPad for Uber driving and to activate cell service on it would not have cost just $10 extra as I was expecting but $40. I switched to mint and all their plans have hotspot. So I’ll be paying the same as what I was with cricket and be able to use my iPad with the hotspot from my phone.

Its 10:30 on a Saturday and their still NOT open. This is ridiculous, there are over 3 people waiting for them to be open.

I came on behalf of my girlfriend who was getting her tablet added to her plan. The lady behind the counter showed up at 10:15 on a Saturday when they supposedly opened at 10:00. She ignored us standing out front and then proceeded to make us wait another 10 minutes for her to clock in and sit behind the counter. She mumbled an apology for the wait. She did not display any people skills but did manage to get the task done for us.

If i could give a zero star review I would. My moms car was unlawfully towed by Cricket. We parked in a spot that was unmarked as a spot we could not park in BEFORE the store opened. The sign was fallen down and buried in snow. When we confronted them they lied and said the sign was up. We got confirmation from neighboring stores that the sign was down and we were there before the store had opened. The two girls working there were incredibly unprofessional and rude to my mom, my sister and I. They eventually after long tiring communication they finally contacted their manager and offered their own money to pay for the car that was unlawfully towed. Once given the money the two rude girls said “this is our apology” “can we call it even”. To top it off one of the girls was holding her vape and vaping in front of us. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Horrible service cricket.

Today, my family and I went to enjoy breakfast around 9 am at the first watch next to the cricket store. When we arrived and parked, there was no sign indicating we couldn’t park in front of the store, as the sign was face down covered in snow. Note, if it was there we wouldn’t have parked. When we left breakfast around 10:30 (30 minutes after the store opened) the car was missing. We panicked thinking the car was stolen and ran in to ask if they had cameras. They informed us they had towed our car because it was reserved parking. We told them the sign was not there and we were parked there long before the store opened. The two girls who were working told us that was not true and that when they arrived the sign was standing up and we should have been aware we could not park there. My mom, who was in tears continued to explain to them that this was not the case. I entered another store front who told us the sign was not up, as they opened at 9 and were there before we were. She informed us the sign was not there and that she would also act as a witness. The 2 girls working the front were horrendous. One was vaping in the lobby, while the other was rolling her eyes and clearly unbothered by our frustration. At first, they told us the store opened at 9. This was a lie. They then told us the sign was up and that it was not their fault. Another lie. After about 25 minutes, I told the one vaping that she was lying and she was doing so because she was aware she was wrong. She then ADMITTED to me that it was not up and facing the parking spot, but when she arrived at 10, she put it up. When I asked her how I was supposed to know we couldn’t park there if the sign wasn’t up, she said “the store doesn’t move.” The manager was the only nice person who paid for the UNLAWFUL towing and apologized. The two girls working there should be fired for lying about company policy, vaping in the lobby, and being rude and unprofessional. And when my mom apologized to them about her frustration, they were still rude. My mom then said she was frustrated the girls hadn’t even apologized, the one who wasn’t vaping said in the nastiest tone, “This is my apology.” I have been trying to contact the owner all day with no luck. Do better cricket.

Nice having local Cricket store but it is always understaffed. Had to wait 30 minutes for the only clerk in the store. (I know it's a first world problem). Employees are always helpful and friendlyUpdate 5/6/22. 1 year later. It's Saturday, 4 people are waiting for clerk and the people who are getting served are just blabbing about their car, moving, favorite band, basically doing what people do nowadays, share their lives with anyone who will listen whether online or in person. Drop review to 2 stars because it's still understaffed. ??
