Phil was awesome! I sent my college daughter to his shop as her tire pressure light was on. Being away from home I had no way of helping her and they took care of her like she was their daughter. They called me and explained the situation and took care of her tire. Best customer service experience!!!!

D&D is great. Parking in downtown Lawrence blows. If you park out front for 3 minutes, run in and run back out because you don't have any change, you've got a ticket. Where do these people even hide? They must have one permanently stationed down there

6-4-2025 To have a tire put on a rim and balanced was $43 I had the same thing done in ky on 5-6-2025 at **************** and was $15 and that includes the tire disposal
Also took over a hour for 1 not 4 but 1 tire
This was wallet rap* and crazy
So it's 200 to mount and balance a set of 4 at this place no no no no no no no I learn my lesson this week
Will not be back I will let vehicle's rot before I'm get bent over like that

I have had so many flat tires in my lifetime D & D tire is absolutely hands-down. The best tire shop I have ever been to. They are very nice. They are very quick and cheap. I will never go anywhere else again.

Couldn’t recommend them more. They went above and beyond to make sure my tires were on correctly and to make sure my vehicle is safe to drive. Had to take my car here after another shop did not take care of my tires properly. They got me in ASAP and did all the works on my tires. And being a younger woman, they never made me feel stupid over my questions and concerns. I would recommend D&D tire to anyone who needs tires or other services done. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation easy. Fantastic job! Superb customer service.

After receiving a recommendation from Dale and Ron's and reading the reviews, my girlfriend thought this would be a decent place to take her car to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. They charged her $170 which is basically what she paid for the tires. I called them and asked why she was charged so much and was told that it was because they were low profile tires. This turned out to be a complete lie. I called and got a quote to mount and balance the tires from 2 other shops, Big O Tires and Andy's Tire & Auto. They both gave me the exact same quote of $70 total for both tires. I even asked them if that was their normal price or if that's upcharged because of those tires being low profile. I was told by both places that those tires are no different than mounting and balancing any other tire. I have no idea where these positive reviews have come from, but I would recommend that those people go back and check their receipts. We will never go back to this place again. I'm also very disappointed in Dale and Ron's for recommending a place that price gouges like this.

This is the place to have your tire & brake work done! Nice, competent staff & great work done on my 2003 sierra. Tires & brake work made my truck ride & stop like I just bought it in 2003! Go here👍

Watch out for repeated nails in your car tires… still don’t know why they chose to target me like that. After the 4th tire in less than 2 years, I told them to stop it. No way it was a coincidence. Haven’t had an issue in the 5 years since! Stay away.

We ordered some mower tires and had them mounted. When some previous damage to the wheel mount made them difficult to seat, they had to be inflated enough that the tires wouldn’t fit on the mower. D&D was very understanding and offered an option of an inner tube which allowed for the tires to be inflated to a proper size and they fit well. I appreciate that they were willing to stand behind their work and help fix an issue that wasn’t exactly of their making (the previously damaged wheel). And now we have mower tires that stay inflated and don’t have to be refilled before every mow!
