Every time I come to this establishment they always mess my order up. They use the same mixer for all ice cream and then don’t clean it properly before each use. I always end up with chocolate or candy chunks in my strawberry freeze. You have lost my business permanently. Do better.

Worst Dairy Queen EVER. TERRIBLE SERVICE and when I PAID for extra cookie dough I had a total of 7 pieces in my blizzard. Overall the WORST blizzard I've ever had. Ever.

I needed a tasty treat yesterday, but every delivery service in existence failed me. So, I ventured out today, in the miserable drizzle, like Frodo, to the mount DQ and I tossed my ring into the lava and got the Blizzard I needed. And some chicken strips and gravy. Worth it.Update, I still like the food and service and ice cream and things, but I miss the mushroom Swiss burger.

I bought 2 Blizzards. Neither one had hardly any candy bar in them. It was just a cup of ice cream. So disappointing.

Three dollars and sixteen cents for a cone I can get in Emporia for $1.83 left a bad taste in my mouth. Ridiculous pricing.Less than pleasant staff.

The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. All I got was a chocolate shake and it was delicious. My wife and son both got a cheeseburger and they both enjoyed their food as well.

Very friendly young lady at the register, Ember. As I came in, I saw her helping a blind man out to his ride. She was careful to not overstep, but was ready to help as needed. They were both smiling a lot. She rushed right back in, apologized for my wait (there wasn't really any, as I was pondering the menu). She hopped right to making my blizzard, and bagged the food herself to make sure I got what I ordered, and brought it to me instead of calling out my number. It was a very pleasant interaction!

BEWARE! I drove through this city and stopped to grab lunch. The person at the window asked for payment and I gave her my credit card. It took awhile before the food finally came. I asked for a few items. Confirmed I received things in our order and even asked for extra sauce before I got the road. So I sat at the window for a few minutes organizing my food and then leaving.About an hour later, I stopped for gas when I realized I never received my card back. I doubled back, extremely frustrated that I had lost so much time. Especially since this was the FIRST TIME I have ever had to ask for my card back after I paid for something.When I returned, I asked for the manager immediately and explained what happened. She giggled and told me that "it happens all the time". I was baffled by the fact that this was a common practice for them to give out the food BEFORE giving back your card. You actually have to ask for your card or your change back. When I pointed out the issue with this practice, the manager finally apologized (after making many excuses that people simply drive off without their card or change). Since I know I sat at the window for awhile waiting on condiments and never received my card or a receipt, I know this is not a matter of just "driving off". I was not given or offered my card or my receipt. And you'd think that if it was happening so much that you would instruct drive thru cashiers to return payment FIRST to ensure you don't have cards left, unless this is intentional.Watch yourself and get your card and your cash back BEFORE you leave! Because they don't give it back to you.
