I’ve been taking my cars to Rick and now Jackie at Dale & Ron’s for more than 25 years! I’m always treated with respect, kindness and fairness. I’m also completely impressed with their diagnostic skills that have frequently saved me from huge repair costs by detecting the problem with pin point accuracy.

First time taking my car to Dale and Ron’s Auto Service. Very please! Took care of routine services requested. When I arrived to pick up my car, Rick educated me on another problem that he said we can keep an eye on. He told me fixing the one piece would only be only $10 less that replacing the whole part that would then be covered by a 2 year warranty and none that of it was necessary yet. Very reasonable prices. Quality work. This will be the only place I will take my car for service in Lawrence!
