I have mental health issues and suffer from anxiety really bad. My Doctors office has been less than easy to deal with on getting my medication filled this month and I’m frustrated with my insurance company as well. I got a message from my nurse saying she called the pharmacy. With that being said, I called the pharmacy to see how long it would take because I have to walk there to get it, and the head pharmacist got on the phone and snapped at me telling me “Amy I told you earlier I’m waiting on the Dr’s office to call..’ very rude. I snapped back that I had to verify with the pharmacy that my drs office didn’t call before I make a complaint about the nurse. And yea I got rude back and hung up. Maybe I shouldn’t have e did that, but I haven’t had a professional be that rude to me since I was kid and didn’t know any better. Again I suffer from mental health issues and feel like she has no patience for ill people. Maybe she’s in the wrong field.

Medications are cheap with their plan. They won’t sell syringes and needles without prescription though. Bad policy IMO, guys. Needed that for administering meds to a plant. Not a human.

I just ditched this horrible pharmacy for a local one that is absolutely amazing! No more rude staff or having to worry that they won't have my medication in stock! (it's a necessary daily medication that I can not just randomly stop taking!) Never going back to this less than one star pharmacy!

Also a victim of them taking their lunch break early. Got here at 12:50 already closed for lunch. Sign on the window says 1pm as well as online. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy.
Update: Stayed in line thinking they might just come back 10 minutes early…Wrong… 1:30 exactly.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter at the Dillons Pharmacy located at 3000 W 6th St. I called to inquire about the availability of my prescription, hoping to find some relief for my health concern. To my dismay, the pharmacist I spoke to exhibited an astonishing level of unprofessionalism, indifference, and outright rudeness.Upon asking about the stock of my prescription, the pharmacist responded with a disinterested "No," leaving me disheartened. However, in a desperate attempt to find the medication, I politely inquired if they could check neighboring stores. Shockingly, the pharmacist replied with a callous, "Yes, but they won't have it either," without even making the effort to verify.Feeling dejected and helpless, I decided to reach out to the nearby Dillons Pharmacy on the next street. To my surprise, they had my prescription in stock and were incredibly accommodating and courteous throughout the process.I find it utterly unacceptable that a professional in the healthcare industry could display such a lack of empathy and compassion. A pharmacist should prioritize their patients' well-being and go the extra mile to help them find the medication they need. Unfortunately, this was far from the case during my interaction with the pharmacist at this particular Dillons Pharmacy.

Called to refill a prescription of mine, and not only did the lady who answered have an attitude but also hung up on me before I could ask to get it refilled. Not once has this happened but TWICE. Get a better crew that understands people ask questions and are genuinely concerned because that’s my everyday medicine.

The delivery service is constantly screwing up - missing items, wrong items, sending to wrong address. I keep thinking it will save me time but then I have to spend ages dealing with their poorly executed automated service system.

They don't even bother to enforce their mask requirement; I would advise Dillons that it actually isn't difficult. All you have to do is politely ask the customer to please wear a mask. You have a sign at the front that says it's required but then people regularly do nothing and this is happening in front of the eyes of your own staff. My family and I have been loyal customers for over 20 years and you barely bother to take the mask precaution seriously.

Got a flu shot today. Went smoothly, no issues. Staff were very friendly and professional. Didn’t even draw blood with the shot.

I am here to talk about the new sushi guy at dillons, every time I go in nowadays, I feel as if I get sushi. Not only is the sushi consistently great, I always tell the guy how good the sushi looks and it feels as if it makes his day. I'm not expecting him to work there for very much longer I can picture him working at a high end restaurant soon.
